Jimmy John’s

Hands down the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. When I lived in Chicago, for literally 14 years I ordered from a location that never once got an order wrong. I live in Arlington Heights now, order 3 times since I’ve moved and ALL THREE TIMES THE ORDER IS WRONG. Wrong you say? How?! Well, the first two are the usual forgotten items. This time? I received just bread, meat and some mayo. Thats it… No lettuce, onion, anything else that was ordered and is clearly printed on the receipt. Maybe they don’t see this information, because it’s hard to believe you can send me a sandwich with bread, meat and some mayo either because you’re that lazy or you literally don’t care. I call, and the «manager» says «are you serious? I’ll just void your order.» and «bye». No resolution about wanting to eat lunch, no accountability. Just, sorry dude, your local Jimmy Johns is terrible and we don’t care!

These guys and gals are so quick and polite even when you catch them just before closing. This is my favorite Jimmy Johns store.

I called the Jimmy Johns closest to the job site my crew is working. I asked the guy who answered the phone if they deliver to this location? He said yes so I told him what I wanted, gave him my credit card information and asked for delivery. 5 minutes later I received a call from them and this time it was a lady who said that they don’t deliver to my location and I should find one closer. I found them on the website which said there the closest. Such an inconvenience, and I hope they didn’t charge me. I didn’t check yet.

Quick, fast, and convenient. It’d only be better if they had a drive-​through or could bring your sandwich out to you!
We always stop here before IKEA. Best practices :)

This was a fun shop to visit for lunch when spending time in the Chicago suburb of Rolling Meadows. It’s easy to get to right off Golf road and is in the same building as Gino’s East (where Cousins Subs used to be). Nothing like having a one stop for some of Chicago’s finest pan pizza and subs!
Seeing this store was interesting to me as the only ones I had ever seen are in Texas. Aside from the shape everything here is exactly the same as the ones I have been to in Texas. The crew was friendly and cool, sandwich was exactly like the ones in Texas, some of the best bread in the nation. This one even has outdoor seating. Thumbs up!

I am happy that they opened a new shop minutes from my office.
Quick and friendly service, albeit almost overwhelmingly so, but I think that has something to do with the fact that they opened 30 April 2008.
They don’t hesitate to stuff your sandwich here, and I appreciate that.
I know I’ll be a regular here.
One word of caution, if you like oil on your sandwich, you might want to order it «light» or «easy» because everything I had (napkins, receipt, bag) were covered in oil from my otherwise tasty sandwich.
