My dentist was out of town for a few days and I had an urgency so I went to Dr. Ito.
Not only was her excellent staff able to give me an appointment on a very short notice, Dr. Ito saw me during her lunch break and this is true caring and dedication.
Dr. Ito has excellent bedside manners, she is very thoughtful, thorough and a charismatic dentist who put me immediately at ease. Thanks God my problem was a minor one but I felt great at being taken care of immediately.
I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate professional. Thanks Dr. Ito!

This office is located in beautiful Rolling Hills. They have a huge parking structure which makes going to the office easy.
The staff are extremely friendly and very professional.
I’m always very pleased with the service.

I had a cap that came out at night. I called the emergency line and Dr. Ito drove to the office at night to fix it for me. I got out of there at 10pm. If that is dedication to clients then I don’t know what is. If you want an honest and client-​centric dentist then Dr. Ito is for you.

Great dentists and staff. Very thorough, friendly, and professional. Honest about the procedures you may or may not need, and won’t try to get you to do unnecessary ones.

Dr. Ito, Dr. Sue, and the entire staff are both exceptionally professional and exceedingly personable. Visiting the office is like visiting the happiest and healthiest of families! I have been a patient for over 15 years and have received the best care I can imagine. 10 stars out of a possible 5!

Highly recommend! I’ve been going to Dr. Ito for 10-​years now, and so happy I found her. She’s always been great and you can tell she puts the patient’s best needs above all else.
I had my girlfriend (now wife) start going to her after she had a run in the some unscrupulous dentist who were obviously going for procedures that would net them the most money from insurance. My girlfriend ended up getting a «cap», when I bet Dr. Ito would have saved the tooth. After that experience I had her try Dr. Ito and she has been going ever since. That’s saying a lot considering it’s a 2-​hour round trip drive for us now, but it’s worth it.
We both like Dr. Ito’s friendly personality, genuine interest in your health, with the «save the tooth» approach over «how much can I get from insurance». Dr. Ito also stays current with the latest in dentistry, will often have us try new products when she thinks they will help us, and has a very modern office with digital X-​rays, which I was happy to hear use less radiation.
Again, highly recommended, and my note to Dr. Ito is to «keep up the good work»!

I got a crown done by Dr Ito less than 2 years ago. It never fit correctly. I went back at least 4 times to have it worked on. Now Im forced to replace it.
Additionally Dr Ito made religious comments when I was in the chair (about both my religion & hers) that I found very inappropriate & unprofessional. I should have left then, but decided not to make an issue out of it. Now I wish I had.
