Nice people and good service although I still have a rat problem. Exclusions done and multiple visits occurred. As I write this it sounds like a rat is dragging a trap by its tail in the attic. :/

I did my research before I hired anyone. These people were very responsive and explained in detail what they would do and for how much. I was always
notified when they would be coming, and they were always timely. Roof rats
aren’t fun, but they made the experience as good as it could be. them. When I had a smell coming from my attic after there three visits, I called and they came from Petaluma to Healdsburg in Friday traffic, arriving about 6pm. There was no additional charge. Kim and Jerrod are a local family operation, and I like to support local businesses whenever possible. I would highly recommend them.
They are extremely competent, and a pleasure to work with.

Jerrod and Kim have the best customer service. When I first called, it was because my husband had found maggots caused by something dead in our ceiling. Kim was so sympathetic when I called and told her what was going on; she assured me that this is a common problem and worked with my schedule to get Jerrod out to our house ASAP. I told my husband that I wanted to be Kim’s friend, she was so friendly! Jerrod really knows what he is talking about and is very good at explaining why certain bug and rodent problems occur. He also explains what is in every spray he uses and how it effects the targeted infestation. I would recommend Nature Science Pest Control to everyone.

I have lived in my Sebastopol farm house for over 10 years and never had a pest problem, until this winter. A family of rats moved in. It was a nightmare, not only were they invading my kitchen, but they kept me up at night. Jerrod and his wife were so helpful every step of the way. They truly embody what a small business should be: honest, full of integrity and competent. They got the job done, no more rats, and I can not speak highly enough of Nature Science and the family who runs it.

All of the other raves about this company are spot-​on. The customer service from Kim and Jerrod is seriously amazing. We had heard some noises coming from the ceiling area and I called them in, concerned that it could be rodents. It turned out that it wasn’t, but they were both really helpful and knowledgeable and scheduling was easeful.

I’ve never really had to deal with rodents, so you can imagine my surprise when I came downstairs and found mouse droppings on my couch one morning. My surprise was nothing compared to my wife’s. She insisted on calling an exterminator, so the search began. It didn’t take me long to find Jerrod and Kim. I called and talked to Kim at length and explained the situation — my wife, who was pregnant is terrified of mice and needed the problem resolved ASAP. Kim was extremely understanding and even had Jerrod come out that same day, even though he was all booked up.
Jerrod came out, did a thorough inspection, set some traps and said that he would expect some of those traps to go off that night. Sure enough, one did. Luckily, we had only one mouse, but Jerrod came out two more times for trap checks and even a third time to move the traps just to make sure the problem was fixed. He also patched up a hole in the front of the house where he was pretty sure the mouse had entered. Jerrod and Kim are very knowledgable and friendly people — something that is very much appreciated, and they really do go the extra mile. I hope to not have future rodent problems but if I do, I will absolutely call Nature Science

Talk about customer service!!! What a great experience! They have gone above and beyond the already high bar they set for themselves. They give a 30 day warranty on ants, but our ants continued to come back past that 30 days. They came out and didn’t charge us because they said it was the same problem. They tell you upfront that winter time is the hardest to get rid of ants and also exactly what they use to treat for ants. We had to have them come back 3 – 4 times for ants which we were told ahead of time might have to happen. They were quick, on time, and very friendly (to us, I’m sure the ants thought otherwise). At the end of each visit, they gave us a list of the chemicals used and what they are comprised of. They used natural oils in the house that were kid and pet safe. When we called each time (after the initial call) they knew our general situation just from our name! They also call a week after each visit to see if the ants were gone. Wonderful company, wonderful people.

Wow, wow, wow! This is the kind of customer service and attention to detail you just don’t find anymore. Jerrod and Kim are both extremely knowledgeable and professional in the best way. They explain everything from start to finish and provide outstanding results. We unfortunately discovered a crazy flea infestation in our backyard due to some raccoon’s living under our patio. I called Nature Science Pest Control as soon as I realized the problem. From the first phone call to our last appointment we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The dedication Nature Science showed to relieve us of these SUPER fleas was commendable. They will be our go to company forever and I would recommend them to anyone!

All I can say is Wow!, Jerrod and Kim are the most customer service-​oriented people I have come in contact with in a long time. I won’t even get into the pest control part until I tell you how comforting and helpful Kim was on the phone. She is both nice and professional and very communicative. Having used the larger companies before that have customer service reps in unknown places and hard to reach local agents, this was so nice. She and I talked multiple times before Jerrod even came out to look at our rat problem. She let us know when he was coming and called the day before to confirm. Way to go Kim!
Jerrod arrived on time and had even texted me an eta. He and his assistant set multiple rat traps and inspected for areas where they were getting in and gave advice. Then he has come back and gotten the «results» and will come back several more times. While under the building he even spotted ants and termites and gave me such nice service on the spot for those.
I would highly recommend Nature Science. They really take care of you!

I very rarely write Unilocal reviews but Jerrod and his wife did such an incredible job in their professionalism, educating us on what was happening, and ridding our house of rats, that I had to give them a review. I called several pest control agencies before landing on Nature science and trust me when I say that you don’t need to call all of the other ones. I would stake my reputation on the fact that Jarred is the only pest control guy you’ll ever need again. We will NEVER use anyone else. His wife was willing to work with us on a Friday night to make sure Jerrod could come in and get things taken care of ASAP. I’ve very rarely encountered a business willing to happily work with a customer after hours.
We had been hearing noises in the wall and it was starting to keep us up at night. I called Nature Science and they were willing to come out and do an inspection for free. From there we could decide if we wanted to proceed with Jerrod as our guy. He was punctual, informative and extremly professional. There was no doubt that we would use his services.
He set rat traps and came back to check them 3 times. We had tons of rats which sucked but now, 1 week later, the noises are gone and so are the rats. Jerrod got em.
In addition, once the rats were gone we started to see other bugs which were called rat mites coming in through our bathroom. Of course Jerrod knew exactly what they were and exactly how to get rid of them. The mites were looking for a new host because the rats were all gone. We have a 2 month old son and safety is very important to us. Jerrod was very informative about the pest control method he was going to use he kept it safe for my family.
After reading the absolutely HORRIBLE reviews of all the other places, Nature Science Pest Control was a welcome sight to see. They are the best, they blow the competition out of the water, they are honest, and they get the job done.

Jerrod is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He treaded the inside and outside of our house for fleas and ticks. He went into thorough detail about the products he uses and why they are the best. His professionalism and attentiveness to detail along with a great price is why I recommend people in Sonoma county use Jerrod with Nature Science for any pest control issues.

We had a problem with spiders around the house, and even wasps were coming in somehow. So we called Nature Science, and Jarrod came out the same day! He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained the ingredients in the pesticides, how they work on the spiders, wasps, ants, etc, and how they’re not harmful to our family. His prices are very reasonable and he’s a pleasure to work with! Thank you!

We’ve been working with Jarrod for the past three years. He first got in touch with him when we had a major flea infestation on our rental property. He is amazing! He came back as many times as was needed to completely rid the home of fleas. Since then, we have been using his services on a monthly basis at our home. We live on a large lot that is close enough to open space that we tend to have a lot of critters. Now we rarely see even a spider inside our house. Our summer barbecues are yellow jacket free and a skunk path that wound through our backyard is no longer taken. We have small children and I appreciate that most of what Jarrod uses is non-​toxic. I highly recommend!

I called for a client to get a termite report in Ukiah. Unfortunately they do not do that area but Kim who I spoke with was the MOST HELPFUL. Thanks Kim

We had a nasty smell coming from under the house. I called Nature Science Pest Control and they squeezed me in their busy schedule for the next day. Sure enough dead rat under the house… Disgusting. Jerrod performed a free estimate to find the the areas the rodents could get into. Needless to say we were thrilled and had a smell free Easter. We immediately signed up for service. No more creatures for us. Fast efficient, very reasonably priced and the nicest man. I highly recommend their services!

I called Nature Science with an urgent need to get rid of my yellow jacket problem. They arrived the next day to treat it! Problem solved! It doesn’t get any easier than that. AND the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Our ant situation was out of control. I walked out of my business one day and saw Jarrod’s truck stopped in traffic with with a sign on his car advertising his business. I called then and there and have been grateful for that moment ever since. He took care of our ant problem in one service call but said he’d come back free of charge if needed. We scheduled with him on a regular basis. Jarrod provides exceptional customer service. He uses non-​toxic products which we prefer for many reasons one of which we have pets. We’ve had other commercial pest control companies in the past but none of them have been as effective as Nature Science.
