If you have rodent problems and need help, look no further. Erick and his wife Donna run this small business very efficiently. Erick really knows the business and they are so much more reasonable and cost efficient than the other local pest control companies. Believe me, I know. I’ve been through several of them trying to solve our rat problems. The varmints are so determined to get under my house and stay there. I paid another local company a lot of money to do exclusion work, which did not work. Erick found that the job had been done incompletely and improperly. He made several visits to my home and did a lot of exclusion work with concrete and mesh both inside and outside. He charged far less than the other companies charged, and those companies didn’t even do the job right. Erick and Donna are great folks, super nice, and this is one great small local business they have.

Don’t call these people unless you have plenty of $$$, a kid named Sal came out and spent 5 minutes looking at our rental and informed me that it would be $ 1200 to deal with the problem. He adjusted it to $ 800 when I told him I wasn’t interested in new weatherstripping for my garage. I think these guys drive into my Santa Rosa neighborhood and assume we must have money (Montecito Ave), we don’t. I’m not unreasonable and am willing to pay what’s fair, but I’m not a sucker either!

The owner, Erick, is outstanding in every way. He is timely, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, considerate and honest! For the past year, my landlords have been trying to get rid of the rats in my house with no luck. Erick came out and gave us an estimate. He started working right away. He always showed up on time and was completely professional. I was super impressed with how much he did around my house and that he did not use any poisons. He had all the trees trimmed that were touching the house. He fixed all the holes in the roof and put wire around the entire house to prevent them from getting under it. He really fixed the rat problem, not just kill the rats. He made sure everything was safe for my animals during the process. I have been rat free for a month and enjoy living in this house again!

When I called, always somebody answered the phone (turned out to be Erick’s wife); when we set up appointment, Erick was always on time. My friend was using a lot of contractors recently to work on her house, and Erick is the only one always on time.
It was a hot afternoon. Erick spent almost 4 hours in attic to clean up rat droppings up to 2 Gallon! We were even afraid that he passed out in the heat. No doubt he did a terrific job and sealed the holes that rats possibly use.

long story: had a rat inside the motor compartment of my outdoor hot tub, not good! o! called Terminex, they sent a guy out who promptly answered my first and most important question with a «No», namely, «Can you clean up the rat crap ???». I was dumb and stayed with them, spent $ 179 for any spray, cob web removal, 3 rat traps and a rat glue pad. still needed a cleanup, so got smart and went to Unilocal and saw Eric. he came out the next day, wore a lil backpack shopvac and cleaned the crap. then, said he had some extra wood in the truck and fashioned a piece to prevent further incursions. dude is awesome !!!

We had a rat problem that another service failed to completely resolve after almost two years of attempts. When the problem got worse, I decided to give another service a try. He did a thorough inspection, including foundation, crawl space and attic, and quickly found several incursion points the other service had missed as recently as the prior day.
