Utilizing powerful counseling techniques she will successfully guide you through the hard questions you have been afraid to ask yourself — questions that have kept you trapped in fear, anger, resentment, envy/jealousy, loneliness/sadness, and guilt/shame — questions that have robbed you of experiencing joy and happiness.
As a counselor, Tammy has over 17 years experience in counseling individuals and families who struggle with life difficulties. Focused on the treatment of generalized/social/separation anxiety, panic disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); mood disorders — depressive and bipolar type; psychotic and delusional disorders; ineffective communication or issues of self-control affecting work/love/family; substance abuse issues; and compulsive gambling, as a counselor, Tammy empowers her clients to find answers to life’s hard questions in order to live strong, love strong, and be strong.

Tammy, born in California and raised in Little Rock, moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1984 to raise her three daughters in a small town setting. Tammy graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling in 1997. She is licensed by the state of Arkansas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) with specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for treatment of trauma and issues related to childhood abuse.
