Paul and Becky Bochniak are as good as it gets. Their patience and understanding goes above and beyond. We looked for months for the perfect house. Little did we know that Becky knew which one it was — even when it wasn’t listed. Not only that, she and Paul got us in the house several times to see it. We were stubborn, kept looking, months went by and we finally made an offer. Multiple offer situation — Paul and Becky stuck with us, walked us through everything. We got the house and it seemed like they really went to work after that — helping us with mortgage companies, inspections, appraisals, insurance, property taxes, and finally the closing. During the process we were fortunate to not only find realtors that we could trust and rely on – we found folks we now consider friends. Even months later — I can call or text them with a question or ask for a referral to a service company and they are spot on! I’ve even had the opportunity to refer them to a co-​worker that purchased a home through them and they were very pleased as well.
