Bought a new to me used car that failed inspection. The team at AAC got me in same day and in and out in under an hour! Fantastic… will be back to get the tint as soon as I get it registered!

This shop’s staff is very professional and does a great job with tinting, detailing, and paint protection.
I have had all 3 services done to
several cars and was completely satisfied. And their prices are reasonable for the excellent work they do !!

We have decided to go with different % for each car and I think we did a great choice
The quality of the new more expensive film is amazing
We tinted all side and windshield and it turn out amazing
We could nit be happier
It takes about 2−3Hours per car so plan accordingly
They do not make appointments ist forst come furst serve be aware
The work is great
Price is more expensive then the area but when you do project like that you need the best not the cheapest

Finally decided to get me car tinted so this tint shop I have been there before I had gotten my other 2 cars tinted at this shop a few years back and just got a new Lincoln MKS so I decided to get this tinted. As soon as you walk in the girl at the front desk as extremely nice and had all the answers to my questions and honest. So here comes the best part she told me 1hr or may be more I was out this place in 30 mins. At that moment I was thinking they probably have done a sloppy job I was very pleased once I got in my car I would highly recommend this place the only downside I can think of maybe the prices are just a little high but at the end it’s worth paying for.

I was really impressed with my experience at Tint Shop Auto appearance center First, the tint on my Honda was flawless. It looks beautiful and keeps my car so much cooler during the day. Second, the customer service was truly professional. Cyress greeted me when I walked in, and took the time to explain all my tinting options, from the types of film to the different shades.
After I made my choice, I waited for about an hour in their shop. Typically, auto shops aren’t the greatest places to wait, but the Tint Shop was clean and comfortable with free wifi. The owner even brought me a bottled water while I waited!
I highly recommend these guys!

These guys did a great job. 3M Carbon tint all the way around. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. My cousin made the recommendation and I’m glad he did! I came there 40 minutes before they closed and they stayed late and did an awesome job. They also have detailing, dent removal and customization guys (I had them remove the emblems on my car). In short, if you want quality, timeliness and excellent service look nowhere else!

I am so happy to write this. Not only am I proud to be a customer but it’s the only tint shop that I will go to. They treated me like I matter to them, personally listed to what I wanted, and maintained my satisfaction. They really care, which is rare in the auto industry.
Go to them and you will see how you really should be treated!

Tint Shop «Pro» my a$$! This place is about as from from professional as you can get.
I needed to get tint removed from my back window in order to pass state inspection and the reason I chose this place, is because it meant I could get it done, get my car reinspected and get my inspection sticker the same day. In other words they were the closest shop to where I was having my car inspected. I regret coming here, and am writing a review to warn others who care about their car to stay away.
I had just purchased the car I wanted after searching for a year for the right one. 2000 WS6 Trans Am that had been babied, pampered, and garage kept with a cover over it from day one. When I took it to Tint Shop «Pro» it was in pristine, showroom condition. The tint needed to be removed from the window on the hatchback, and they left film on the top of the window, which means that will have to be removed before I can have the window tinted again. But the worst part is when they took my car the area in the back looked the same as it did when it came off the showroom floor. I had the work done on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, and had plans to go on a trip to Solomon’s Island, leaving the next day. When I went to open the hatch so I could put my bags in, I saw that during the process of removing the film they just let it drip all over the interior of my car. There’s a carpeted area in the back, and it is now ruined. If I can even find the piece to replace it, it’s not going to be cheap, and thus far I’ve had no luck finding what I need.
Basically Tint Shop took a car that had been cared for meticulously for fifteen years, and ruined the appearance in the back hatch in minutes with their careless, sloppy, half-​assed work. All they had to do was cover the area with a shop towel, or even a plastic trash bag.
They did a half-​assed job removing the tint, and they showed total disregard for my car and caused damage that could have been easily prevented. If you’ve got a beater you don’t care about, you’re probably not going to pay to have your windows tinted. If you have a car you care about stay far away from this place.

This shop is legit. I had a good experience getting my new car tinted here. Quality of the material and price is average. Paying Cash will save you 10 $. Go in on a week day and you’ll be in and out within two hours depending on the size of your car.

Got a great tint on my new car. Excellent service and answered all questions with my best interests (and not highest revenue) in mind. Will use again if I get another car.

These guys are shady.
They prefer cash at a discount over credit, that should throw up a huge red flag. I had my tint removed from my car at this shop when I arrived in the area, in order to pass the state inspection.
When I went into the back of the store to see my car, the area they were working in was completely disorganized with boxes everywhere – it looked like a bomb went off in their workspace. Another big red flag.
I wanted to get my tint re-​applied at the Tint Shop but when I called other store that had applied my original tint, they advised me that they had to re-​do several cars that had work done at this shop.
The last red flag for me was the absurd price they were selling 3M, normally it’s expensive because 3M is a reputable, high-​quality brand and high quality product. If the price is too good to be true, there’s something seriously wrong (i.e., they sell the 3M product in the box but the tint inside is not 3M).
Avoid this place and seek services elsewhere.
You were warned.

Got a brand new SUV last December and everything but the front windows was already tinted so I needed someone to be able to match the tint on the front windows to the rest of the car … This is the third car we’ve brought to the shop and they did an amazing job for an even more amazing price. You can’t tell the difference between the factory glass and the after-​market tint. I’m surprised about the negative reviews bc Jose, the owner, has always been above board with me and my husband. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell him if something was wrong (although that hasn’t happened yet) bc I know he would take care of it!

They don’t have 25% in regular 3M film!

I had 3M color stable tint applied to my car several months ago. The back rear window film has bubbles on it which the tint guys said would disappear over time. Three months later, it’s still there.
I went to another tint shop and found out that 3M color stable was only applied to the front drivers and passenger side windows. Cheaper tint was used on the other windows! I paid $ 400 and assumed that I was getting 3M color stable for all the windows. They didn’t even tell me they would use cheap tint on all but two windows. More likely though: This is a dishonest business.
I do not trust this place anymore. I would avoid completely.

Had my new Tundra front windows tinted to match rears and they did a great job. Quick and clean. 3 days later I noticed a pin hole in the driver’s side window and I happened to be in the area so I brought the truck in. They took a look and redid the window for me at no cost. That’s good service in my opinion.

DO NOT let the name fool you, there is nothing professional about this place. Have been meaning to write this review for a while, but I am just getting around to it now. Several months ago, I took my brand new 2013 BMW 335i in to have it tinted. These guys must have dropped the heat gun creating a huge gash in the leather on the interior door panel. If that were not bad enough, they never even told me about it when I went in to pay, and I only noticed the next day.
Now, I understand that sometimes accidents do happen, but ts bad practice and dishonest to conceal something like this from a paying customer. Did they really think I would never see the 1 inch gash in the leather of my brand new vehicle, obviously caused be a heat gun??? That was the biggest offense.
Oh and they did not do a great job with the tint either, leaving streaks on the rear windshield. It cost me $ 200 to have an expert at BMW Rockville repair the gash in the leather, in the end costing me $ 400 for a $ 200 tint job.
There is nothing professional or honest about this place and I would not recommend using them for your tint or any other detail work, I certainly wont be.
