Bath & Kitchen Design — We are so proud of our five accomplished designers. They are incredibly creative yet incredibly accepting. You won’t find any snobbish designer bias at Signature. We’ll get as creative as you are comfortable.

Bath & Kitchen Remodeling — The best design in the world is just that… on paper. Sooner or later if you want it to become reality you need great craftsmen and we have them. We believe in old school! In house talent in both our designers and our craftsmen. We will not subcontract your dreams.

Home Additions — No boxes at our house. We will design the best space in space and then shrink wrap our walls around it. (On paper of course.) This leads to the very best most esthetically pleasing outcome which is most pleasing to the existing house and neighborhood.

Established in 1999.

Gary Case, owner of Signature Kitchens, Additions & Baths, and his team bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Case began his career more than 25 years ago by buying and renovating properties in the D.C. area. Over the years, he developed a team of highly skilled master craftsmen. The company was very involved in the massive gentrification of Washington DC from the mid 90’s through today. As Case’s reputation spread, Signature Kitchens, Additions & Baths was born. Today we are designing & remodeling kitchens, additions & baths all over the metro area.

We don’t subcontract anything — everything is done in-​house with our own carpenters, our own staff and our own kitchen designers,” says Case.

Gary Case graduated from the University of Maryland in 1980. He was a successful Realtor in Montgomery, Prince Georges and Washington DC for 25 years. Much of this time was spent buying and selling property especially during the gentrification hay day in Washington DC. As the Great Recession approached he exited the real estate business and open a beautiful & unique design build showroom in Rockville MD. Many of the craftsmen he hired and trained in the late 90’s and early 2000’s are still employed and the best designers hired over the last 5 years are also still employed at Signature Kitchens Additions & Baths. «I am most proud of the loyalty and skills set of our craftsmen and our designer» said Gary Case «Of course I am pretty proud of our work as well.»
