Ali is the owner who began his career in flooring in 1980 as a sales representative for a major flooring retailer where he eventually made his way into a managerial position playing a significant role in the company’s growth and success. Before starting his own business in 1995, multiple other flooring companies sought Ali’s expertise and managerial skills in order to successfully grow and expand their businesses. Ali has a unique approach and treats every customer on a highly individual level, understanding their needs and educating every client about all aspects of different products. By explaining the pros and cons of every item being considered, Ali helps customers select what is best, given their budget, tastes and preferences. It has always been Ali’s goal to provide all clients with the highest level of service and he has turned that desire into the very foundation of floor concepts and design.
