When it comes to big, important decisions, I’m one of those people who research, compare, analyze to death before deciding. I keep coming back to Delta for purely for the reasons that they do honest, good work with a superior customer service. Being a girl and having to deal with all sorts of businesses on my own for so long, I usually sense it when someone is full of b.s. or trying to take advantage thinking I wouldn’t know better.
When I brought in my car for repair, Mr. Kang was extremely pleasant through my long list of questions, patiently explaining everything very thoroughly. I really appreciated the fact he is always consistent in the ways he dealt with me every time. He kept in communication with me through the entire process and made sure every part of the repair process was thoroughly examined. This time, there were supplemental work that needed to be done so he called my insurance for me and got it thru the paperwork so quickly that it didn’t extend estimated repair time. Afterwards he called me to let me know and already knowing how tedious I’m, even offered to go over the list and explain. I couldn’t pick up my car right away bc of interviews I had scheduled all week and he kindly offered to keep my car indoors for those extra nights.
I absolutely hate dealing with car repairs and accident s but Mr. Kang always makes my experience easier. Its quite far from where I live, but I will never consider going anywhere else for my car repair needs!
