Angelo’s is a traditional family owned and operated Italian deli specializing in homemade Italian subs, pizza and dinners. We also make homemade Italian sausage and pastas with only the highest quality ingredients and no additives in everything we make. There are never any fillers or preservatives which means you can understand all the ingredients we use in our products. So if you understand what’s in it, then you can understand why it’s so good!

Our pastas are made fresh, packaged and immediately placed in our display freezer for you to cook at your convenience. Popular pastas include ravioli, flat pastas, spinach manicotti and cannelloni. Our baked dinners are made from scratch daily and then refrigerated. We offer a variety of classic Italian dinners including spinach manicotti, meat lasagna, stuffed shells, sausage baked ziti and eggplant rollatini.

All of our salads, platters, dinners and subs can be prepared in catering sizes for your next event.

History

Established in 2004.

Angelo started working with his parents at a very early age helping in their Prospect Park Bakery and Pastry Shop in Brooklyn, NY. His parents, who had just emigrated from Italy, worked hard to eventually own their own business and open their first bakery shop in 1972. After years of bread, cakes and pastries, he found his way into making pizza and simple traditional Italian dinners, which he picked up from his mother. Eventually, Angelo opened his first pizza place in Staten Island.

After moving to Rockville and a change in career, he decided to get back into the business which he loved, opening Angelo’s Pasta and Deli in 2004.

Angelo’s Pasta and Pizza has been a family owned and operated Rockville deli since 2004 and continues in providing traditional Italian dining and an alternative to the unhealthy fast food chains. Angelo is happy to provide the people of Rockville with quality Italian fare, taking care to use on the highest quality ingredients and taking the time to prepare his dishes just like any Italian mother would do.
