History

Established in 2010.

Sutterer & Burk Real Estate Services («SBRES») began in 2010 when Sean Sutterer and Derek Burk jumped into the «flip» game. The two founders sought to learn the tricks of the trade and were able to secure funds from an investor from Alaska. They attended real property trustee sales at auction and created a system for calculation of risk and return for each property of interest. They learned about real estate starting at the studs of homes all the way up to the final recording of a closed transaction. After 2.5 years of flipping homes, Sean and Derek decided to enlist the help of other traditional agents to keep the company well rounded and reputable.

SBRES is a company who has maintained business by referrals through hard work and dedication to each clients needs. As a family owned and operated small business, SBRES, will serve the Sacramento and surrounding areas with intelligence and integrity for years to come.
