Kelley at Rocklin Storage is the nicest person ever and from the moment I walked into her office it felt like I was home. I was distraught about moving and she was so nice and helped me find the right storage space. I’m not good at reading maps so she took my brother and me in her little cart and found the right space. I love the location of Rocklin Storage, easy to find. I would highly recommend this storage company to everyone.

I can not write anything as deserving as Rocklin Self Storage deserves. The girls, especially Dawn in the front office is so cheerful, warm and helpful. The facility is very clean and shows pride. As a single woman I have a safe and secure feeling when I visit. If you are on the fence about where to store your personal possessions, do not hesitate to consider Rocklin Self Storage! It’s a 10!

Let me just start off saying that I’m not easily impressed by much but I was by Rocklin Self Storage. This is my second time getting a storage here and each time they’ve made the transaction easy and stress free. They are super clean inside and outside, they are located right off the highway and by a gas station so it’s in and out quickly without all the hassle of traffic. The staff is amazing! I worked with Keli to get my latest storage and she was so helpful getting everything set up for me. It’s not everyday that you deal with genuinely nice people and Keli made me feel less stressed bc I truly hate the whole process of moving. If you are ever in need for a great storage location, this one is the best!

We had a great experience at Rocklin Self Storage! My husband Miles and I relocated to Southern California for work and had to store our home furnishings until we found a new house down here. Keli (the manager) was wonderful! She rented a unit to us that included a promotional rate and worked with us to help us pick up our things on a date that would save us an additional month’s rent. While we moved out, she checked on us to see if we needed anything and even brought us cold water! We had awesome service from Keli and we were treated like family. Thank you so much for accommodating our needs and making our transition a pleasant one! 5 stars!

We have had an absolutely stellar experience with Rocklin Storage. We moved here from Bend, Oregon and needed a place to store our RV since November 2014. We have sold our RV as of April 2015 and so are no longer tenants of Rocklin Storage but we highly recommend their service and facility. The price is very reasonable and grounds are secure and clean. The one time we did have an issue, when a new customer accidentally parked in our spot, the company was very accommodating and gave us a little break on our next month’s rent for the inconvenience. All in all, a very good experience with people who really care.

I helped my brother move his apartment into Rocklin Self Storage when he studied abroad for a year and had a great experience! Staff is super friendly, kind, and eager to help. It is a very clean facility and you can tell the staff take pride in their jobs. I got to know them a bit since my brother was out of the country so I was in charge of his unit, and I was extremely satisfied with them. Highly recommend!
