I am not sure if the employees are trained on the products or if they just read the labels and regurgitate the information. I would rather go to a store with knowledgable employees when I have product questions. They push their own product, as expected. But when asking for specifics like high protein supplements with no or very little fat(under 2 grams), low carbs, and low calories so I can add my own carbs to it via fruit or oatmeal and no fat so I reap the max benefits after my workout, they have to search just as I would if I didn’t ask them for help. Their store is very small and never busy, I would think they would know more options. I always feel like I missed a really good supplement when I leave here. Unless you know exactly when you are going to buy, you should do your own research before going. This place is good to just buy your needed items but not for information or advice on products. In addition, they offer discounts if you purchase their membership. It is good for the discount and I see that they are trying to gain loyalty customers, but they really need to revamp their education for their employees.

Not impressed. There is a definite push here to sell the GNC brand. I get it; it’s their home brand with the highest profit margin. But, if you can’t explain the benefits of the product as compared to the other brands back of the sales line already. I am a fitness nut and a Personal Trainer so the«it’s really good» description just doesn’t work. The store was in good shape and they had a decent selection of products but there are a lot of other fitness stores in the area that are better. With all the other options around I would not return to this store.

I love coming to GNC, I find that their stores are super helpful with whatever I need to looking for, if its for an multi vitamin, detox treatment, or something to get over my flu. I find that this location is extremely unhelpful. I had questions doing a body detox to get into a better lifestyle and had multiple questions about ingredients. The older guy that worked there was unhelpful rude and kept recommending GNC branded products asking why they are different from the competitors, he had nothing to say. I bought my products and asked if I can have the receipt because I wanted to check what others have said about the products I have bought. He said he put it in the bag rudely. When I walked to my car, Checked my bag, No receipt. I walked back into the store and he gave me a unwelcomed looked and I asked for my reciept again… He argued and said it was in the bag. I told him it was not… He then lifted up the cash register and handed me the receipt… You obviously were trying to hide the receipt so I can not return the product. Love the company, Hate the lonetree location.

I have a feeling this place will be closing down permanently within the next year, unless they change their game.
