Food is generally hot and good here, but for Petes sake can you pay attention to people’s orders !! Ketchup only means not all the other crap like you put on it !!
Again didn’t listen to the order, no pickles means no pickles !! And you want 15 a hour when you can’t do one thing right !!

Worst meal at Carl’s Jr. Ever. I ordered a six dollar burger it looked like it got ran over by a car.

I just tried Carl’s Jr new chicken and cheese enchiladas. It was nasty! The red enchilada sauce tasted like transmission fluid. I had to lick my boot to get the taste out of my mouth. Yuck

The service here seemed ok… went through the drive thru. It was kind of slow. But after seing other reviews about food preparers not weaaring gloves, I’m concerned. But I didnt try to pay with American Express like that other reviewer did. Who does that? I digress.
My real problem was the burger.
I ordered the All American Burger. You know… hamburger with a hot dog and potato chips built in?
It was horrible. It tasted, to me, like they used the cheapest hot dog on the planet to maximize profit instead of a quality ingredient to maximize taste.
No hot chicks on horses. No aircraft carriers. Just a shitty burger.

This place is horrible. I ordered a six dollar burger and I noticed that the lady making my burger was not wearing gloves and she was touching everything else in the kitchen while making my burger. I asked Debbie the manager if they wear gloves. She said she doesn’t need to wear gloves, she does dishes and many other things, she doesn’t have time to wear gloves. This is unsanitary and disgusting. I took my food to the Carls Jr on Lone Tree they apologized for the other Carls Jr and remade my food. Do Not Go Here if you value your health and appreciate good customer service. This dump should shut down with the horrible manager Debbie.

Slowest carls jr on earth! Had to wait 5 min to order with no other cats in line. Once ordered and paid waited 7 more mins and the lady was super rude

Came back to Carl’s and it was better today. Without the weekday lunch rush, this place was quieter and cleaner, which I appreciated. Be careful if you’re getting the red Hi-​C fruit punch from the fountain drink station, it squirts out all crazy and it’ll stain your shirt!

I’m a Carl’s freak. I love them. There is no exception to this one either especially since there is a Green Burrito attached to it. It is an older establishment and the haven’t upgraded their credit card system in some time so it takes a bit longer to pay for your order. IO have had a couple of problems with the soda machine not producing the correct recipe for soda but they fixed the problems as soon as they were told about it. The food is good and the staff has always been pleasant to me.

A little older Carl’s Jr but the food is good and the sevice is speedy. I am suprised that not too many people dine in here. With all these businesses around I thought they would be packed. Guess everyone is at the McDonalds across the street.
If you decide to pay with your credit card be aware that they use some old type of POS machine. When I was there when they ran two transactions at once both orders had to be resubmitted.
