As Chief Operations Officer, Cindy Jesso brings more than ten years of health industry business development and support experience to TLC Care Plus. She began her professional career after graduating in 1999 from the University of Phoenix with a Master’s Degree in Business Management. She has developed key skills for fostering business relationships with Medical Practice Partners, health care providers, home health agencies, patients and their families. Cindy has placed Quality Home Health Patient Care at the forefront, functioning as Community Liaison to physicians in multiple locations throughout the United States and most recently in Michigan, Cindy has acquired a keen understanding of the need for compassionate, professional continuity of care.
