Waited way too long to get a simple oil Cheng with nobody else waiting for service in the service center

Different name same service as previous company. I made an appointment online 4 days prior online only to have it not honored. So I left my car for the day with several services to be done and with the request that if there were any issues or if the service was going to cost more than expected to call me. After 6 hours I returned for pick up. I was checking out and asked if there were any issues found and told there was not, then when I went down the list of services I was told «Oh we didn’t do that one or that one.» When asked why I was being charged the full price he stated that «those services were included as a package».
In short, look elsewhere for service.
