Staff is very friendly and helpful, I have been going there for over 5 years now and wish to continue being a loyal repeat customer’s service I expect is always delivered in a friendly professional manner.

I’ve been here several times for new tires, rotations and simple tire repairs. Every time, the staff responds in a very friendly and accomodating way. They are knowledgable, speedy and always give me lots of options. I’ve always felt comfortable with the way that they respond to me even when I have no idea what I’m talking about. I recently came in and completely forgot that I had replaced a tire with one that wasn’t theirs. They were very helpful and offered to fix it for free. Everyone in the store treated me kindly and checked in on me frequently to let me know the estimated length of time I would be there. I’d highly recommended this place. They also match prices of other stores and online.

This review is related to my most recent visit. I have visited twice and the first service was great. The second visit started well with great service. After receiving a quote and paying with all tires on my vehicle, my husband noticed the tire was not the tire we paid for. It was not the correct size. Granted the size was a small difference. The vehicle calls for a specific tire size and my husband explained this to the person who worked on our car. He explained it would alter the way my car judged mileage. Frustrated to say the least we accepted the tire because we needed them, however we will not be visiting again because for several hundred dollars we feel we were lied to and wonder if he had not noticed would they have said anything? We have since replaced our tires for our truck elsewhere.
