The only reason for 3 stars is the work was good. Priced way too high and they were very unfriendly. I will not go back.

I wear my Jack Rogers all the time and I thought they were completely ruined and would have to buy a new pair! I stopped by and the owner said it would be no problem to fix the sole and one weekend later TADA!
I brought them in Friday and he said they would be done Monday! Excellent service and my shoes are completely restored!
I am going back again to fix my boots for winter!

Love this place! They fix everything! Saved my old pairs of sandals, shoes, bags, etc. Plus they offer alterations on clothes so I can hit tributes with one stone. :)

2 boots re-​heeled in 2 days… (This after a concert that had me walking through tons of gravel that not only ate the heel covers, but jammed rocks up into the heel) They removed the rocks, and put new tips on the heels… my boots are beatuimous once again. Spent $ 9.50 for the whole thing… Great price, and great work.
