The redesigned Transit Center is sleek, with clear wayfinding. Exactly what you want in a transportation hub.
Certain minor details need work, like a touchscreen route planner that doesn’t quite execute on planning. If you’ve ever used transit in another country, though, this is a very intuitive facility that includes a staffed information desk.
When I visited, there was classical music playing over the speakers inside. It was an unexpected touch, and when the music swelled at the exact moment the doors to my bus opened, it felt coincidentally magical.
