My husband and I just bought our first home. The carpet in our son’s soon-​to-​be nursery is immaculate, but wrinkled up from the previous owners dragging furniture across it. We called Quality Carpets to ask about them coming out to stretch it. When my husband called, the first woman who answered transferred him without saying a word. When the next woman picked up, my husband explained we wanted 1 small area of carpet stretched, and her only response was «$ 150.00 minimum.» My husband replied «Even if it’s just one small room?» She replied «Yup. Bye!» And hung up. Needless to say, we will never be using Quality Carpets. Worst customer service ever.
