So I switched car insurance companies and needed a photo inspection of my vehicle done to verify there is no pre-existing damage. They recommended this place so I decided to call them. I have to work so I wanted to know how long it would be and was told by Mr Cav that since its walk-ins he couldn’t tell me how long. He had attitude in telling me this so I told him I was interested in coming in now and wanted to know if there were a lot of people waiting. He again commented with attitude that he could not tell me how long because of walk-ins. I was annoyed because I just wanted to know if they had people already waiting so I could call another place if there were. I was going to look for another location because of the attitude on the phone but my partner told me we should just go. When I got to the shop I brought up how I’d asked how long the wait would be to the passengers I was with and could not be told and the guy heard me and again commented«How can I give you a time when we have walk-one…» with the same attitude. I told him I was asking because I have a schedule and need to get back to work. So odd that he didn’t understand that. The last time I had work done on my car I was told it would be an hour and it took six hours so I did not want a repeat. My partner chimed in to remind the guy«The same way you are at work and on a schedule so are we.» He did not comment any further. Just reminds me that some people will only hear you if you get attitude right back. As far as I was concerned I wanted to remain polite while my vehicle was in their care but it clearly meant nothing. In any case with this place being a Mom and Pop type of shop I’d think they’d be more courteous to their patrons. I understand what walk-ins mean but didn’t know asking if there were already a lot of people waiting could be so provocative. The photos were taken of my car so I’m glad that’s over but I would not recommend that anyone come here for service if you are the type that will ask a question. No bueno.
