Delicious, moist balls. A new gem in the South Wedge, Orbs serves a variety of meat or non-​meat balls for all to enjoy. I had the chicken-​rice ball plate– so good. Now all I can think about is these balls. A plate comes with 3 balls & 2 sides. The Mac-​n-​Cheese side was of Wegman’s caliber (and I personally feel Danny Wegman makes a mean bowl of Mac!) the polenta was ok; maybe I’m not a polenta person though. Boyfriend had spicy pork ball plate & enjoyed his balls as well.
Orbs is still working out some kinks. Ran out of beef meatballs (it was 7:15 on a Saturday night). Our food took over 45 minutes (not busy) to get to us, and when it did one of my sides was incorrect (received greens-​n-​beans, which I wasn’t fond of upon trying them). HOWEVER, The waitress and manager were apologetic and quickly and without provocation, remedied the slowness an incorrect order. We’ll be back for sure– we enjoy your tasty Orbs.
