Is it just me or do folks that work at cell stores never really seem to know what they are doing. It took forever to just activate me old phone over to my husbands number since I got a new phone. Plus this store is gigantic and empty. Could you set up an area to sit?
Update. Like I said they never know what they’re doing. Told I can use my old iPhone4 as an iPod with no sim WRONG. had to drive back over to get a sim after the sales person earlier threw mine away. Pain in the butt.

The first time I stopped in to check my eligibility for an upgrade their systems were down. I spent about 20 mins waiting for them to figure things out but no luck.
I came back when I knew my contract was up and had a great experience. Kisha was very friendly and helpful. She walked me through the entire process, snagged me a great deal, and just chatted about random things. Almost like a trip to the hair stylist.
Always well-​staffed and I’ve never had to wait to be greeted. If you’re waiting for your phone to upgrade, head over to Starbucks or Wegmans!
