Two ASE-​certified master technicians on staff. We have OEM-​level scanners for most cars, as well. Techne Mechanical has been in the same location for over two decades.

History

Established in 1977.

Started with two 2-​bay service stations. After 5 we years moved to a 9 bay shop. After 15 years we built a new truck/​RV service center, and we now have about 15 000 sq foot of space. As we have grown and expanded we have gained increased both our size and our staff to serve an increasing customer base.

I have worked on cars in the Roanoke valley my entire adult life. In addition to being the owner of Techne Mechanical, I used to run a wrecker service as well.
