Very cute place: started my relaxation afternoon with reading a book in their private outdoor area in a jacuzzi, snacking on some trail mix and sipping herbal tea. Then went to steam room, showered and waited for my service. The facial was on special, so was really cheap treat! Maybe it wasn’t the best facial I ever had, but pretty close. I enjoyed my time in here!

Loved every minute of being at SiSpa. We started with yoga and ended with steam shower. Having access to the spa all day after our massages was such a treat. Great experience!

wow-​not sure how to start this review, but felt it needed to be shared. first-​the resort is beautiful and our groupon included use of the resort amenities, so we came early and sat by the pool. beautiful pool. the fellow who answered the phone and handled us at checkin was wonderful as was the staff who took us back to the waiting area and got us situated for our service. My issue came because the girl who did my facial was a smoker and the smell of nicotine was on her fingers so that every time she touched my face I was overwhelmed with the smell of smoke. It felt like she was massaging chemicals into my face. I couldn’t relax, but wasn’t sure if I should stop her or just let her finish. After it was over, I informed the manager, who apologized and offered me 2 days passes to return to the resort. I thought this was nice. I had no problem paying for the service and didn’t expect anything different, but I was a little surprised they mandated a 20% tip. ($ 24). I am always about giving good service a 20% tip, and I am totally on board with mandating the 20% tip with groupon purchases, but in this situation it wasn’t good service, and the tip should have been at the discretion of the guest. I will probably return for a service in the future since the facility and service was good, but I will be sure to make it clear that I do not want a smoker to do the service. Had my girl not been a smoker and they did not mandate a tip in this situation-​I would have given 4 stars

First class hotel spa. My four star rating is because that have no hair salon which is almost criminal considering the size of this Marriott hotel/​residential property. Their massage and nail services are top notch and expertly performed. Staff is accommodating, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
