My husband and I contacted Kathy and Bob Wright about a rental property in Riverside, CA. We submitted our application and Kathy contacted us advising that we were her first selection for the property, as they had several other applicants. Prior to submitting our application, we made it clear to Kathy that we still needed to schedule a walk through as the previous tenant was uncooperative in scheduling a walk through. She originally stated she would work on it and get back to us. So when she called and said it was ours if we wanted it, I reminded her we still needed the walk through. She was rude, pushy, condescending, and down right unprofessional; she started badgering me that she had several other applicants who would be more than willing to take the property. And felt it necessary to remind me that a deposit was still needed, even though this is not our first rental property and are fully aware a deposit is needed. Based on her attitude alone, my husband and I canceled the walk through and decided to pass on the property. It was a beautiful house (from the outside) and in a great neighborhood. Considering the current state of the economy, it still surprises me that someone could be so ignorant to customer service and over all professionalism. I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs; it’s not worth the head ache.

Do not use this company for your property management. They do not know what they are doing. Worst experience ever and lost tens of thousands of dollars due to their poor management. Poor response time, poor communication, a seemingly complete lack of knowledge of property management laws, etc… Just a complete joke. Couldn’t wait for the year contract to be up.

Had them as property management for little rental house. Most horrific experience! You wouldn’t believe the mess that office is in… They email me one set of expense sheets with different numbers, then send through the mail another set with completely different numbers.
Their workers are totally incompetent and owner does not accept any responsibility and is in complete denial.
Run from this place!

i spoke with the owner, bob wright, who «couldn’t hear a word i was saying» and immediately put me on hold without warning and quite rudely. i asked the other owner, his wife kathy, «why was he so rude.» and she stated that he wasn’t being rude just was tired from being in the hospital. kathy herself then had to audacity to belittle me as a client by saying that it was my misunderstanding and that he was not rude. she also said she doesn’t care about losing a tenant. well guess what i hope you lose all your tenants this was the absolute worst attitude and customer service by any realty group in the inland empire!!! if you are a college student don’t waste your time with these jerks! kathy and bob wright are the worst realtors in the inland empire.
