US Auto Glass And Window Tinting

I had my windows tinted here and they did a horrible job. My front Windows have tons of tiny bubble clusters and my rear window has huge bubbles. We took it back a few days later and 1 guy said to bring it back in a few days because they needed to redo them. Brought it back and left it there a few hours a different hguy called and they said they fixed it, but the bubbles were still there. He said they will go away over time, b.s. Do yourself a favor and go else where!

At first I was a fan of this place. Took my last 6 cars here. Girlfriends, family, friends cars. The past few times I’ve been there it’s been horrible. They ran out of tint for my girlfriends car. Never checked to make sure they had enough. Messed up a simple window on my Camaro. 1 year after having my truck Windows done, my front windows were completely faded. Talked to the manager and was told «they’ll take a look but probably won’t cover it.» So I took my business elsewhere. Guys at the new place told me that they were using crappy Chinese tint because I could «potentially get a ticket anyways.» DO NOT ADVISE GOING THERE. POOR service.

Worst fucking place possible! The customer service was horrible. Tints had bubbles. Not the place to go!

We came all the way from Crestline to see George about our Jeep Cherokee. It had three broken window regulators and a broken switch in the driver’s side door. He had to send for the part and we were initially told it would be two days. When we told him we lived in the mountains and had traveled 1 ½ hours to get there, he looked around some more and found us the part the same day! The prices are awesome and these guys went the extra mile and then some! We will always always use U.S. Auto Glass.

Disappointed. Had my windows tinted and all my windows have small bubbles. I took it back and was told they were very small and it wasn’t that bad. So after some convincing, I am going to have the tint reapplied. Hopefully this time it won’t have ANY bubbles. Small or not.

Had Windows tinted car looks great and price was good only 125.00 ti tint my camry. Two guys working at shop helpful and friendly. Tinter knows tint and very prompt on time that was told to be done.

This place did a great job tinting my BMW 535. I was really impressed that they took extra care with my vehicle. I am meticulous with whom I have my care being serviced by. They did an awesome job with tinting my windows and were the best priced with the best quality film. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have quality work done at a reasonable cost.

If you are looking for a great tint shop, there’s a great shop out here for us Riversider’s. Cost $ 149.99 + tax, and they use either 35%, 20% or darkest 5%. Its a HP Charcoal gray color tint which looks really nice, gives the window a glossy look with privacy like no other. Perfect cut all the way around, no bubbling whatsoever. They also do windshields for $ 99+tax incase you need any glass. They actually came into the shop on a Sunday for me since it’s my only day off. Took 2 hours to complete. Awesome service, great work and pretty damn cheap too.

BE WARNED! I took my car here after having my car window smashed by a burglary, and was not pleased with their service AT ALL. First it took them almost 2 hours to fix. Then I get in my car, and the window does not roll up or down using the driver side controls. Worked on passenger side, but could not get it working from the driver side. All other windows worked fine, just the window they replaced would not work. When I pointed this out to them, the guy spoke to me like I was an idiot — showing me how the window works «You see… it goes up, and then it goes down… it goes up… and then it goes down»…like I had a mental deficiency, which was HIGHLY insulting. I had to point out to him several times, I can clearly see that the window works when using the passenger side controls, my point is it does not work from the drivers side. He reluctantly pulled the car back into the garage and took it apart again, but could not figure out the problem. I left, went home and googled it — and found out the stupid thing just needs to be reset when you unplug the connections to replace the window. Now… wouldn’t you think a PROFESSIONAL repair shop should know this sort of thing — and reset the windows so they are working properly prior to a customer leaving? And to top it off — the glass was not a very good quality — there is a distinct difference (waves in the glass that is not in any of the other windows). Waste of time and money, I was REALLY NOT impressed with this company — be warned!
