Welcome to The Salted Pig. We are a casual gastropub located in downtown Riverside. Here we have but one goal: to serve what we feel is the best local and sustainable food, unique craft beers, boutique wines and high-end spirits possible. We wanted to create a place where everyone would love to hang out, that didn’t close early or require reservations a month in advance. Be sure to check out our 12 rotating craft beer taps, our oak grilled half-pound burgers, or our famous ‘Pig Sammy’ dessert.
Meet the Business Owner
Ronaldo F.
Business Owner
Born and raised in Riverside, Ronaldo learned business at an early age, spending the majority of his time in his father’s family business. Upon graduating high school, Ronaldo set his sights on culinary school and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, knowing someday he wanted to open and run his own restaurant. In 2008 he purchased the building that the Pig now resides in and started Fierro Foods which now owns and operates, W Wolfskill as well. Ronaldo operates with his wife Sheena and their baby daughter, Luna.
