This has to be the worst place I have ever lived at. The«modern, cute, well kept» look quickly vanishes after living one week in this complex. The area of Riverside this complex is located in is not the best. The neighbors have illegal substances, so it’s definitely not kid friendly. My furniture got ruined due to a pipe leak in the apartment. The water is «free,» but has weird pressure, temperature, and quality. I did not feel welcomed here or safe. Management does not inform you well of the contract and they just basically want your money. Complaints are not taken seriously and you’ll never solve a problem. Skip the leasing manager, go directly to corporate. Honestly, save yourself a lot of headaches and do not live here!

First off, Sheryl is awesome. She makes sure the property is well kept and that the apartments are functioning properly. She has been doing a lot of upgrades, and if something is not working, or ready to be replaced, she will replace it with something nice, not just some old cheap replacement. I have lived at apartment complexes that did the minimum to keep people content(not happy). I feel like if I ever have a legitimate concern or repair need, that it will not only be handled, but will be handled at a higher standard then most places I’ve lived. If you want to know about the apartments themselves, we are in a 2 bedroom and love the layout. The grounds are very well kept. This is a place I am proud to invite friends and family to. Just watch where you step! there is a serious threat to the lives of snails. They seem to like the sidewalk. lol. RENTHERE! ANDIFTHISREVIEWHELPEDYOURDECISION Tell sheryl I referred you(Shane Facchinello). If you have any questions just shoot a comment on here and I will reply when I can.

I’ll be honest. As I was looking online, this was my 1st pick of apartment to go check out. From the website I was looking at, the rent here was very low for a 2 bedroom since that is all they offer and the pictures made it look like a single story complex. So here starts my review. We ended up driving around the entire complex before finding the leasing office. Not that it was hard to find because it wasn’t, just what we ended up doing for some reason. We came by on a Saturday around noon and street parking was abundant. Sitting in the car, the area looks peaceful, not a sound in the air, until you get out and realize you are right off the freeway and can see the signs from the leasing office. Don’t let that detour you though because this place is worth looking at, it really is. The grounds are very nice, the grass is kept up, the hedges are maintained, everything looks great. Walking into the office we met with Sheryl, very nice lady. My MIL tagged along for the day as well. We’re trying to show her that Riverside is nothing compared to what it used to be since she is looking to move as well. Anyways, Sheryl jotted down out info and we went off to check out the model she has. Every apartment has an open front patio, please be advised that not all apartments come with a back patio. If you want a back patio, which by the way are a pretty decent size, they’re very long, great for a small dog, it’ll run you an extra $ 100 a month. That to me was a turn off, especially when rent is higher than what we saw online that made us want to check them out in the first place. So, if you’re looking at the upgraded unit WITH a back patio, you’re looking at paying upwards of $ 1400 a month. The place is very cute though. Its a small community of I think she said 74-ish units, the apartment is a pretty nice size. It was a closet in the living room that goes half the length of the wall deep so plenty of room for storage. The pools have cute little water spouts so if thats what you’re looking for, this is the place for you! To wash and dry is $ 1.25 each here. The laundry facility was nice and very clean. Key access only with newer machines so thats a plus. They prefer you use liquid detergent which I personally dont mind since liquid is all I use. I deducted stars because has them listed as a bit cheaper by a $ 100 or so and because the patio is an extra $ 100 on top of that.
