2 years ago, I had ants inside my house and I couldn’t get rid of them. I was referred by a co-​worker and they showed up right away. They explained the contract and I agreed to give it a try for one year. It took three indoor treatments because those ants relocated to my bathroom. I’ve been so happy with their service and their techs are very polite. When I call, they’ll send the technician the next day. Also, I had some mice last winter and they trapped them for me. I’m glad I can rely on good service whenever I have any pest problems. I definitely recommend!

The days of door to door soliciting are over! Unless you are a Girl Scout, there is no excuse for roaming the neighborhood agitating everyone’s dogs and behaving as though I am rude by telling you you need to leave my doorstep because it is dinnertime and my dogs are on defense. Are you guys that unobservant? Bad company policies right there. No way.

These people are thieves! Do not do business with them. NOT worth the headache. Only treatment they did was spray and did not help any of the ant problems. Not to mention they sent me to collections for a bill I had no idea existed!!! Its been a nightmare over a $ 25 bill, that if I had a clue existed would have paid it. They are just flat out crooks. Claiming it went up to over $ 100 now. I only saw them spray 1x however I paid for 3 months

By far the worst experience in my life I hired these guys for a minor problem that became my worst fear they have came so many times to my house to spray and none of their treatment has worked their so call specialist don’t even specialize in the most common bugs like really. Apparently the treatment that they gave us was a die on contact but still after that I found my kids bitten beyond my control I had to cancel my thanksgiving dinner here at my house missed to celebrate with the family because we didn’t wan to risk spreading what we have that still a month later they can’t tell me what it is or can’t figure out what it is. And it’s the holiday I called Wednesday and and secretary said no one will be there till Monday. So now me and my family have to wait almost a week for someone to come out once again here are some photographs of my children’s bite marks and they continue to get new ones each day

Stay away from this company! I called their office and spoke to a supervisor to cancel my service. I made sure no money was owed to them before hanging up. A few months later they started showing up at my house when no one was home and supposedly sprayed. They left me the bill at the door. I called the office and asked why they strarted spraying my house again since i had canceled months before. They said i had only requested to cancel for a few months! REALLY? Anyways i got stuck with a bill for $ 150 for services that i did not authorize. Who knows if they even sprayed since no one was home. Very dissatisfied costumer! They totally scammed me!

They’re crooks. They won’t call when they’re coming to spray, say they sprayed and then charge you. And when you cancel your contract, they’ll charge you a fee and then keep charging you for sprays (even though you asked them to stop). Oh yeah, and none of the work they did helped with our pest problems. And when I tried to straighten things out with the supervisor, he was never there, never called me back and their staff was evasive. Stay away from these guys. I’m telling my neighbors to do the same. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Absolutely satisfied with this pest control service. The technicians are very customer oriented and do a thorough job at every service. Always pleasant and polite. So happy that I chose to go with this pest control company.

These people are friendly and professional! They have excellent customer service. They really care about their customers, and it’s pretty much a guarantee that they will get the job done!

I’ve been impressed with this company. As somebody who has used other pest control companies in the past, a couple of things I really like about simple is that they wipe down the spider webs when they come out and that they treat around the yard and not just around the base of the home. They cost a little more than some of their competition, but the cost difference is minimal where the amount of service difference is significant. I recommend them and I would be surprised if there was a better level of value for the service and money, at least in the Riverside area.

This is a good company. Refreshingly honest! The service man is friendly and thorough on the normal pest control service and they are very competitively and fair priced on termite work. Billing is simple and they always let me know when they’re coming. I’m usually a little nervous about buying anything from door to door salesmen, but buying into Simple Pest solutions has been a great decision.

I’m a very happy customer!
To date, I’ve had three treatments including exterior yard and home perimeters, and some interior (around windows) and am increasingly happy with Simple Pest Solutions (SPS) with each treatment. Here are the bullet points:
–They are VERY customer service oriented, from reception to service technicians. They answered all my questions, and were happy to arrange service calls per ‘windows of service’ per my schedule.
–The service technicians are thorough. They remove existing cobwebs, spray low AND high (such as attic vents and gables) and LOOK for places that are effected by pests. In follow up calls, prior to spraying, they ask you if there is any new activity that requires attention, and spray accordingly. Have pets? They specifically ask you to remove them from the spraying vicinity until the solutions are dry (about 20 minutes).
–Payment…it’s worthwhile to note here that I DON’T enter into service contracting without a great deal of skepticism. At contract signing, I arranged for CC charges billed monthly. I got a very comprehensive explanation of the costs, responsibilities and exit procedures. In action, two months later, in each contracted month, my CC was billed, and I was emailed with the date I was scheduled for new service.
