Ramon did an outstanding job. He is friendly, courteous and speedy. He showed up early, after calling to see if it was alright for him to do so. I am so glad I found RainCross and Ramon. I definitely recommend both and will use them again.

Ramon did a great job today! He cleaned all of my windows, screens and also my alumiwood patio. Everything looks so nice and bright ‘n shiny! Very professional and friendly service. Will definitely use them again and will recommend Raincross & Ramon to my neighbors and friends.

These guys are the best! We tried two other independent window cleaners before a neighboring business told us about Raincross.

What a great company! They are professional, friendly and ALL my windows look amazing. Don cleaned the windows, screens, and sills during a super hot day, and never complained about the heat at all. I highly recommend them– they deserve more than 5 stars!

I needed someone to come out fairly fast, as I was having guests for a week, and the houses needed sprucing up. When I called on Thursday I was happy to hear that they could accommodate me on the following Tuesday morning. I was given a window of 9 a.m. — 11 a.m.
Derek arrived at 9:30. My experience has been that when you are given a window for ANYTHING, its usually at the opposite end of the window, so I was pretty happy. He was polite and professional. He had the truck unloaded and equipment set up before he even rang the doorbell ~ I just happened to see him out the front window.
He didn’t seem to mind the dogs barking the entire time he was there, and was cheerful and pleasant. The windows were pretty bad, I knew, yet he whistled while he did his job, and was courteous the entire time.
He did a wonderful job! I’m very happy to be looking out sparkling windows! When he was finished, he took time to pet each of the dogs and ask about them. Small thing, but makes it personal.
I’d request him again.

Great, consistent work. Always on time and complete. No mess. What more can you want? Oh yeah– affordable! Perfect. If give em 6 stars if I could.

New to the area we were looking for a window cleaning company. We had a buildup of dirt and dust and spiderwebs and had no idea the last time the previous tenants had had them cleaned. Our neighbors recommended Raincross window cleaning as they had used them the last 6 years themselves and we’re very happy.
I gave them a call and Spoke to Debbie she came out to our home to give us a quote the very next day. She was very sweet personable and professional, gave me a written quote with business card and brochure. I had had other quotes and they were very competitive and affordable beating competitors prices by a third.
She sent Derek out and he did an amazing job, cleaning inside and out along with the screens and runners. He took great pride in his work and it showed. The end result amazing what a difference clean windows make! Totally opened up our home. I asked him if he knew how to get in our fireplaces that are paned with glass and he took the time to figure it out and clean them at no charge. Very sweet and much appreciated!
All in all highly recommended! 5 stars will be back again soon! On a side note they also hang Christmas lights :)

I have used their services twice so far. The gal whom I booked with was Debbie. She was courteous, professional & very helpful with booking a time for us. The first time two guys came out & Jessee was in charge. The second time it was Jesse. Both times they went above & beyond to get the stains off the windows. The last time, Jesse, even power sprayed around one of the front windows to get the bird droppings off… not part of his job… just being very helpful. I will recommend them to any of my neighbors, friends, etc. I would say their company is exceptional.

I have used Gary’s company for years now. He’s cleaned windows for hundreds of my customers and has never had a complaint. The office staff is on the ball and his employees do flawless work. I can’t imagine using anybody else. Trust, quality, & pricing. If these things are nailed down then why use anybody else.

It had been years since we’ve had the windows professionally cleaned — and they NEEDED it!
Derek came out– was actually early — and that was great. He’s polite, professional, even took his shoes off when he came in to do the interiors. He did an amazing job getting the windows clean — power washed the patio and walks and spent time going over everything with us to make sure it was done to our satisfaction.
Not only will we use them again — but we won’t wait as long next time! It’s amazing how much better the house looks when the windows are clean!
