Our company is family owned and operated, we are Licensed by the Contractors State Board of California to sell, service, repair and install garage doors & openers. Our promise to you is, high quality products, great workmanship, honesty and fair pricing as well as courtesy. Our estimates are FREE and we usually offer same day appointments and cover most areas of the Inland Empire. We are also bilingual in Spanish and English and we also accept RELAY calls from individuals who are Deaf or who are Hearing or Speech Impaired.

History

Established in 2008.

The owners of R&E Garage Doors began working at one of the nations largest garage door manufacturers. One of the owners worked side by side with 2 of the biggest known hardware supply stores by assisting them with their customers garage door needs. The owners also worked for 2 different garage door companies that specialized in sales and installation of garage doors and openers. Their experience has allowed them to learn all sides of the garage door and motor industry by introducing them not only to the best quality products, but also to the best installers. Pride is taken into every job, we hold to heart that our customers are people just like us, with needs and feelings and deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. Raul arrived that afternoon, fixed problem in 5 minutes and threw in a lube of both my doors.

I was referred to R & E Garage Doors by my brother in law who used them fix his doors. I had gotten 2 other quotes and Raul was my 3rd quote. Raul came out ON TIME, gave me different options and the reason I chose him was his promise for a quick turn around and of course his pricing. Being in the customer service industry, it is not often you find a company that follows through on their promises the first time without having an issue come up. I found that exceptional service and product with R &E Garage Doors. They arrived on time, had the doors within 7 – 10 days of my order, they installed them to specifications and were very professional. I would refer them to anyone I know and I am a happy customer.

Called based on Unilocal reviews and they did not disappoint. Called and spoke with Vicky to describe what was going on with my garage. It would open but would not close so I would disconnect the opener and manually raise it. Vicky seemed to know what was going on over the phone. About 2 hours later Raul shows up at my house and fixes the problem! He was very professional and explained everything. He applied lubricant to the hinges so my garage is much quieter! It took less than an hour. I appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and price which was a lot less than having to replace my garage door opener. Highly recommend!!!

Small local company that made several other reviewers happy. They were the lowest bid on replacing my garage door, and went out of their way to do a good job and put in some extras. They are a small company and they might not get back to you immediately, but they will eventually.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. They came out the day I called to assess my problem. I thought I needed a whole bunch of things to be replaced, but they told me exactly what I needed and didn’t need. They could easily have taken advantage and sold me a bunch of new stuff I didn’t need. This company is honest and trustworthy. They also kept in regular contact with me to let me know about the status of the parts that were ordered. They reworked their schedule the day the parts came in so they could fit me in that same day. They also gave me a very good deal. I called three other companies and they all quoted me at least $ 150 more for the same job. All in all, R&E is exactly what I love to see in a business. They are fair, honest, courteous, professional, prompt, transparent, and most importantly, they do top quality work.

Spoke to Vicky from R&E Garage to get an estimate for installation of a garage door opener & possible springs replacement. She explained everything very well & surprisingly, gave me reasons as to not needing to replace my springs yet. Her explanation made perfect sense & I felt that she was not trying to take my money for unnecessary work. She was able to arrange a same day appointment (after a 3 day weekend) for the evening, but it turned out even better, as Raul called/​showed up an hour & a half early. Raul explained everything from installation to the instructions of our new garage door opener. To the point — Vicky & Raul are EXTREMELY professional & nice as can be. providing excellent service in every aspect of their business.
I really wish more companies were like this!

In addition, they offered the best price out of the four places I called.

Who ever thinks about their garage door until it breaks! And who do you call? My first thought lets check Unilocal — due to the great Unilocal reviews for R & E they were my one and only call and the reviews they have received are spot on. From the moment they took my call I knew they would live up to what everyone else had already said about this company. The receptionist was very helpful and knew a lot of about garage doors and while she couldn’t tell me how much my exact repair would cost she made me feel comfortable knowing it could be fixed! Jose showed up on time and was able to repair the door and tuned up my opener all at a very very very reasonable price! I was very happy with R & E and will definitely use them again.

Phoned R and E due to Unilocal reviews. Our garage door was getting extremely noisy, not staying down and getting sluggish. They came out the same day, fixed and over hauled the opener, and we are good as new! The fee charged was nominal– $ 75. We had thought we would have to purchase a new opener. I recommend this company.

Called Vicky from R&E Garage because one of my springs on the garage broke. Was able to arrange a quick appointment for them to come in the same day. To the point — great service, great job, and was able to provide detailed explanations of the job that would be done. In addition, this was the most reasonably priced of the six places I called.

The spring went out on our garage door. I checked for a local service company on the Wayne Dalton website and found R&E. I called and spoke to Vickie. She was extremely helpful and patient while we determined the kind of springs we would need. She even offered another solution that work work better and last longer AND save us money down the road!
I wasn’t home when the service call was done but I heard from my dad and husband that the man was very neat, tidy, professional and all around great.

When I spoke to Vicky in the office she completely made me feel confident that their company could handle my project.
