Fantastic! I am a stickler for customer service. And… I love to use local businesses in Moreno Valley when I can since I am a resident. Left a voice mail and received a call back from both James and Willie. Got everything set up to have a packing crew on Friday and moving crew on Saturday. I am also total OCD about being punctual. Never had to worry for a moment. These guys were on point. Pretty clear from watching them at work, they are a well-​oiled machine. I was moving my mom from Redlands to Mo Val… she is an expert at moving… but physically it would have been too much. Willie took amazing care packing her curio cabinet items… all fragile and lots of sentimental items… everything made it to Moreno Valley without incident! The cost of the move was a LOT LESS than I thought it would be. I was concerned since the price didn’t seem excessive that maybe the service would be less than great. Pfffht. WRONG! Million dollar service attached to a very fair price. Thank you Willie, Willie, Maurice and Javier. Great job guys! When we move in a year or so… these guys are doing the move.

First off, I’d like to say James and Co. have went above and beyond in helping me move. They helped me move out in a great timely manner and customer service is excellent. Usually I’m really uncomfortable with people touching my personal items but James took care of me and really made me feel like I can trust him. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a company to help you move and they have a storage establishment if you’re also looking to put your personal items away. I’ll definitely will be coming back if I ever need to move and I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks again guys!

I contacted Valley Moving Service after reading the reviews on Unilocal.It was important that our company used a professional, reliable moving company as we were conducting a close and move out of a business from a far. James, Willie and their team hit every mark. They were flexible when our dates changed, arrived on site to meet our representative in a timely manner and helped us secure a storage unit to move the equipment and supplies into. I was extremely impressed and would not hesitate to refer them for a business or personal move. They made what I thought would be a difficult experience very easy.

I tried other moving companies and Valley Moving Service is simply the best. They handled my furniture with care and even set up my washer and dryer. The movers was courteous and booking them was easy. When I have to move again I’m definitely calling Valley Moving Service … Thanks Guys

This moving company is awesome. I called them short notice and was able to get scheduled quick. They handled all my stuff and didn’t scratch one thing. I have had some other movers before and my furniture got banged up. I guess when it comes to movers the old expression applies «You get what you pay for». So I will never skimp on movers again. I so happy with the job that I told all my friends. Anytime I need a move I will definitely call Valley Moving Service.

I used this company a few months ago. Everyone I’ve dealt with, office staff AND movers, at this company has excellent customer service and have exhibited professionalism. They have all the answers to my questions and have accommodated all of my needs. They are also very punctual and are definitely the best price I have found, and this is after calling 3 other moving companies. The price after everything was exact to the quote given to me. No hidden fees. James, and junior are outstanding. To be honest I like them SO much I am using them for my second move this month.
I would recommend them to anyone moving to or from moreno valley, and even outside the area because they’re so wonderful.

BEST movers I’ve ever had!!! Hands down I have already told them that even when I relocate to another state in the future, I’m calling them up. They picked up my stuff on 12 FEB and delivered on Valentine’s Day. Prior to pick up day, James the owner called me up to confirm the dates and told me that the guys will be in the afternoon. This actually worked out better for me since I packed all my stuff except the furniture. Great communication!
Willy was the representative who did the walk through at my place in the very beginning and he was on it. The next day, he already had the quote for me and Valley Moving is COST EFFECTIVE and very military friendly. Being in the military, moving can be a pain, but these guys made it all easier for me. Upon delivery, I noticed that there were minor scratches on my couch and they didn’t pack it on pick up day. However, you’re moving, you can’t expect stuff to be in mint condition, stuff may or may not happen and it was an old couch anyway. Their professionalism and expertise overshadowed those little scratches so it was nothing to me.
Finally, James called again on moving day to check up and told him they were very fast and efficient. Come to find out, I used to work for his wife while we were stationed at Travis AFB too. Small world! Thank you again James, Willy, Zeanna and the rest of the team! Expect more business from me in the future: o)

Great company would definitely use again! They were prompt and courteous! They helped us packing up for our move to Oregon. Left everything in perfect shape. Didn’t scratch any walls in my tight staircase.

These guys were recommended by a friend and we had a very smooth moving day, glad we decided to work with them. They were reasonably priced, friendly, punctual and very efficient!

What a great company with great customer service skill. Came on time (which means early) and was quick with everything. They didn’t even want a break with all the furniture they were moving. They were such a huge help since my hand o broke playing basketball and my fiancé is pregnant right now. All in all BEST IN TOWN! !!

I called valley moving because they were local and I had a bunch of stuff and couldn’t do it all by myself. They came and helped me move into my house in no time at all. By myself it would’ve took me more than a day. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve moved many times since I am in the military. They were the best moving company I’ve ever used. I tried to use JT relocation but they had some outrageous prices. I’m glad that I found out about valley moving

After a last minute decision to hire movers instead of using my husband & his friends I am glad I did. They quickly loaded & unloaded our 2 bed/​2bath place in a few hours without having to stress my hubby out.

I was very satisfied, which was welcome seeing as moving can always be stressful. I usually move my stuff myself, but I checked them out and prices were reasonable so I gave them a shot and I’m glad I did. Also, military friendly and thats always a plus in my book.

My family and I moved from a 2800 sq ft home in Las Vegas to a 3200 sq ft place here in Moreno Valley. While waiting for my house to be completed, I planned to stow all of my family’s belongings, save for some clothing and toiletries, in storage for a few days. I thought it’d be easy to load up the massive UHaul in Vegas, motor down to the Val, and unload the truck into storage. Needless to say, I greatly underestimated the task and my brothers, friends, and I spent about 15 hours packing, loading, hauling, and unloading. If that wasn’t bad enough, we caused all kinds of damage to my wife’s furniture, which I had to hear about right up until the day came that our house was finished and move-​in ready.
Since I didn’t have another full day to move, and no reasonable expectation that I could break anymore of my wife’s stuff, I decided to hire movers. Thankfully, the first call I made was to Valley Moving Service. Within minutes my mind was set at ease by the extremely courteous and professional manner of the person who took my call. I had an appointment set up in minutes, and was quoted a price that was far less than I was expecting. Also, the guy said they could have my stuff out of storage and arranged in my new home in about 4 hours.
On the day of the move, I met the team at the storage facility. They arrived in a huge truck, we shook hands, signed some paperwork, and they got right to work. I hung out for a while watching the guys pull out, wrap up, and neatly load my furniture and other valuables onto the truck, and immediately felt confident that this team knew what they were doing. I left them there, and headed out to grab a bite, thinking I’d not see them again at the house for some time. By the time I arrived at the new home, the truck was in the driveway, and my sectional was being arranged per my wife’s instructions, of course, in the living room. The team was amazing, and unbelievably accommodating to our family’s needs. Well within the estimated 4 hour window, and without a single add-​on or up-​sale, the job was completed. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. I will definitely be using Valley Moving Service for any and all future moves.

I recently used Valley Moving Services which exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a moving company to move large office equipment, a pool table and a grand piano. I had called around and came across Moreno Valley Movers when I finally reached someone they were very rude and obnoxious. I proceeded to inform him what I needed moved and the guy «whistled» as if it was too much to handle, he continued with his arrogance and poor grammar to inform me he would have to charge me extra for the large items. He quoted me an enormous amount which I was inclined to hang up on his face for the outrageous quote.
As I continued to search Unilocal,I came across Valley Moving Services. To my delight the gentlemen who answered was very warm and welcoming. To my surprise the quote I received was fair and he took the time to listen to my needs. So I hired them. The day of the move they were very punctual and prudent and made sure they handled my grand piano with care. I very impressed with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in moving if you care about your belongings. Thank you Valley Moving Services you made my move hassle free!
