started his glazing career in 1987 as a apprentice in a local glass shop and spent years learning every aspect of glazing and in 1993 opened precision glass and mirror, and with the help of his wife and family has been serving the riverside and surrounding areas for the last 27 years, with experience in all glazing aspects from small glass replacement to large storefront installation and everything in between, Micheal and his team at precision glass take pride in our customer service, knowledge and problem solving abilities.

I had spent a large amount of time and extreme care on this homemade gift that I would not let just anyone touch it! This place was fantastic! They handed it back in completely perfect condition! They did it so quickly! And their attitudes were great too! I would recommend them for big or small jobs without a doubt! Thank you guys!

I called to get my cracked kitchen window replaced and they were so nice and informative from start to finish! They quoted me a price over the phone and made the installation appointment. The installer, Micheal, came early, was friendly, clean and fast. He even put in a glass a little thicker than the original, which was great for the size window! I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Well we set up an appointment with this company after moving into our new house. They came by and did measurements of our windows. We were Told that we were going to have an estimate the next day by noon. Never heard from them the next day. Waited about a week then my husband gave them a call they said they still didn’t have the estimates. And now its been 4 weeks from that time and still have not heard from them. So we decided to go with a different window company that is now installing or Windows a week after they gave us the estimate. Will never use your company and would never recommend this company to anyone.

We needed 2 pieces of glass made: one for our kitchen table and another for a smaller table. I called Precision based on a high Unilocal rating and I was not disappointed! Kelly helped me from the very beginning. She helped me place the order, decide on the type of glass, process the payment, and then helped my husband when he picked it up. She was very thorough, professional, and super sweet! I would highly recommend this business!

Like the other review said, this company is on the ball. Great prices; meaning not to high and not to low. I had a sliding glass door that needed to be replaced. I called around and Precision Glass & Mirror was not the cheapest but pretty close to it. I read Unilocal and other customers put positive feed back.
Michael from Precision Glass & Mirror helped me on the phone and also came out to install the glass. He was on time and answered all my questions that I had from dual pane glass to rollers for the door.

Let me say I don’t write reviews unless I think others need to know something GOOD I found out. This place is A++++. I foolishly thought I needed new windows when actually the window tint was scratched. These people were helpful, kind, and didn’t charge for the service call when I found out I didn’t need glass. No matter how small the job, these people make you feel customer service is their priority… nice to see a company not always concerned about profit only. If you need glass, you won’t be disappointed.

Having a bathroom renovation and needed a custom size bevelled mirror. I called Precision several times to ask for quotes and Kelly was very helpful. On the day I came in to place the order, she stayed after 5pm to accommodate my scheduled. Delivery was on-​time and very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The home service from this place is amazing! I spent days trying to find a good glass repairman, and this place will now be my only glass and mirror repairman as long as I am in Southern California. That being said, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to fix a broken window.
Situation: I had to repair an old window for my family that had cracked and shattered because the springs in the window frame no longer kept up the window. The repairman came on time, was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and tried to even fix the window springs for us so we didn’t have to replace the entire window frame too.
Overall impression: Great service and AFFORDABLE! Highly recommend. I don’t normally give 5 stars; so when I do, you know they have earned it.
