Pier 1 Imports

Only for their customer service– or lack thereof! I was one of 3 customers in the store. I was looking and comparing colors of some wood near the front/​registers. I was opening doors and drawers and even moving chairs from diff sets to compare and not a single soul came to help me. I saw one girl just wandering around the front the whole time! What’s worse is they would have had a big sale (furniture!) if they’d only walked up and asked how I was doing! So now I have time to think and will go to the Moreno Valley location where they want to make sales.

Pier 1 is one of those places you just get lost in. You’re imagination runs wild when you see all of the different items in the store from incredible fragrances like ginger peach and spice cake to the upholstered chairs in tons of styles equipped with a swatch station to custom order you’re favorite.
The selection is always changing so going often is a must. Holiday décor is top notch and you got to get em fast because they’re limited. I love a good competition anyways.
The staff at this location are always friendly and super helpful without the pushiness. It’s genuine service & they’ve exceeded my expectation each time!

I love Pier 1 Imports! If only I had an unlimited budget and a lot larger house, I could decorate to my heart’s content with their merchandise.
I stopped by to kill some time yesterday, while having a tire repaired next door. They have all their Christmas decorations and merchandise right now, and I was like a kid in a candy store!
The store is always clean, well organized, and beautiful, and the sales people are always friendly and helpful. I had to use a lot of restraint to keep from going crazy, buying things I have no room for, but I did manage to find a few items that I’d been looking for.

OMG-​I have found another way to spend money efficiently.
I was online looking for something at Pier 1, found it and thought okay lemme add it to my cart — then there was the option to have it delivered – or put on the «to go» list and pick it up for free at the store! Well duh — «TO GO» it is!
I found some of my FAVORITE home fragrances on sale — added to my cart — and bebop over and pick them up. You also have the option to add a date as to how long you would like said items held. When all your items have been picked and are ready (same day) they send you a little note that they are ready–
Now if you are EXTREMELY strong willed — you run in and get your stuff and leave. GET REAL – ain’t happenin’! I just love this store — from the manager down– they are a delight.
Truth– I wanted to run over one morning and pick something up — it was gray and cloudy — so I thought – «hey I’ll throw my 2 little miniature poodles in the car and take them with». I was going to run in and OUT and the temp was just fine outside and no SUN!
Don’t know what I was thinking but the store wasn’t open yet — and I had to wait almost an hour… and the sun began to come out. DARN!!!
I was walking all over the parking lot when the manager arrived… and was unlocking the front door… she said are you waiting for me? I said yes – I need to just run in and out – as I don’t want to leave these dogs in the car – it’s getting warm. just let me put them in the car.
She said. BRING «em IN! NO LIE! OMG! for real??? The dogs thought it was great – they are über cute… and I got my stuff AND walked around the store — other shoppers stopped and pet them and we had a GRAND TIME!
Love this store… and it smells soooo good in there!
