I wish there was a zero star policy! So I bought my partner some stuff for Christmas. Some if it didn’t fit. We went to take it back today. I had charged it. They could not pull it up in their computer for whatever reason and since we didn’t have the receipt they said we had to take the sale price for the items. Well I bought them on sale so that was fine. However, the sale price came up correct one one item, but the other 5 identical items(same exact shirts only different colors) came up 5 different and less prices! They literally ripped us off for over $ 20.00. Outrageous! Now at Christmas I spent a total of $ 400.00 there. I will never shop there again, ever. For anyone. They now have a bad review because that is poor business practices and everyone reading this will think twice when shopping. Their customer service person was rude and unprofessional. Macy’s is much more customer centric, the products are superior and the pricing is comparable.

This is one of the worst in customer satisfaction. As if shopping through total disorganized racks and shelves weren’t enough we had to stand in line for a ridiculous amount of time. Two cashiers with a long line of customers on one floor is not customer friendly. There were no employees to be found to help with size or colors. We had to watch our step as there were clothes thrown on the floor and over the racks. It was a total mess. When we complained the employees agreed with us but told us that they dare not say anything in fear of losing their jobs or having their hours cut. Maybe the manager needs to loose her job.
