After learning I’m a Millennial, I started spending countless hours getting to know my new found self. A lot of the characteristics I found similar, I attributed my free spirited thinking to being an entrepreneur, but nonetheless, I am a Millennial! At first, I struggled with this. Mostly because of my previous societal perception about this new group of people taking the world by storm. It’s no doubt that many aspects of society has affected Millennial’s in many ways; as co-​owner of a Marketing and Small Business Solutions Firm– I not only understand where the gap lies, but why it’s even there to begin with. Because of this, I decided to embrace being a Millennial and defy the stereotype. I’m proud to call myself one. (now that I know I’m one, after I tripled checked) Like Millennial’s and their forward (unrealistic) thinking; my goal is to change the way business is done.
