Had such an easy experience with Richard while filing my taxes. It was super easy and i was able to get back more than i had originally thought, which is always a nice surprise. He also figured out all the Obama care stuff for me and told me what to do and what i can expect for the future to come. I’m thankful for the ease of doing my taxes and the prices was also cheaper than what i had experienced with others. Thanks so much and i’ll be back next year.

Did not file my taxes on time despite sufficient lead time. Did not bother to return a single one of my very polite phone calls inquiring about the status of my taxes. When his staff forced him to talk to me at 4:45 pm on tax day, he did not seem at all that sorry that he did not file my taxes on time. His staff is just so nice but seemed appropriately embarrassed by his actions. He finally filed my taxes a full five weeks late after I gave him a draft of the complaint I intended to file with the California Board of Accountancy. He did apologize then, and I accepted his apology, but I hope no one else has to go through that.
