It is what it is a pick a part, it’s a get in get what u need kinda place, keep the line moving. They check you in and check you out going through your bags to make sure your not taking any engines or rims in your buckets or tool bags. God forbid u get away with a thousand dollars worth of parts in your fanny pack of tools. All In all if you’ve been to one you’ve been to umm all. I’ve come here for 3 different cars a 98 Saturn a 94 tercel and a 64 Ford they’ve had what I’ve needed every time thus far. Since taking over this new company has some English speaking folks here finally… cuz I guess they figure not everyone who fixes cars speaks spanish…

I called and sold my car to this business over the phone. I was very specific in mentioning several times that I did not have the title but only a release letter from the bank. I was told this was fine. The driver was three hours late in picking up the car. I was then told that without the title he was going to give me fifty dollars less then originally agreed on. The women on the phone was very rude and non apologetic. This business comes off rude, unprofessional and I hate to say it but shady. Stay away.

I went here to find a replacement Hub Cap. The place was packed. There was also a 2 dollar charge to walk in the gate. I can live with that, I asked the guy at the gate where I would find hub caps. He did not speak English. I walked around a bit and did not see them. I asked a couple of more guys, no English. I finally stood in line to ask the cashier. He also did not speak English. In fact, I could not find anyone there that spoke English. I felt very out of place and uncomfortable. I did find the same model car as mine, but all the wheels are removed. Surely there is a huge trove of hub caps there somewhere but I cant find anyone who I can ask. I left after about 20 min of searching. I wont be back.
