Back on April 2, 2016, my 99 Suzuki Vitara, was totaled. I started surfing used car websites, and came across Auto Depot, in Fontana. They had a SUV, that I was looking for… a orangish/​brown 2008 Jeep Patriot!
Here’s the kicker! I am handicapped. My right leg was amputated above the knee, and I wear a prosthesis, to get around, with a rollator walker.
I called Auto Depot! What came next, was a totally unexpected surprise, and fantastic experience! David Barbosa, answered the phone, and he helped me, with absolutely no pressure! I explained my situation, to him. What he did next, was mind-​blowing! Not only he had the SUV that I was interested in, but he drove the vehicle, 9 miles, from the dealership in Fontana, to my house, in San Bernardino, so I could inspect it, and he took me for a test drive, to boot!
I really liked the Jeep, and told him I wanted it. He told me, he’d be back to the house, in an hour & a half, with all the filled out paperwork. So off he went, driving 9 miles back to Fontana, just to return, round trip, later.
Since I had no way of driving the new Jeep, because it didn’t have hand controls installed yet. He held the Jeep at the dealership, 6 more days, and personally delivered it to the place, who installs vehicle hand controls, for the handicapped, in San Bernardino, and dropped it off, returning back, with another employee! It was the soonest, I could get a appointment, to have it done!
I have never seen, or heard any car salesmen, especially used car salesmen, make house calls! David really knocked himself out! I have told allot of people… he was like «an Angel sent to me, from God»! He saved me allot of time, trouble, travel, hardships, and money!
If you ever deal with Auto Depot… Ask for David Barbosa! He’s the best! Auto Depot, is the BEST used car dealer, I’ve ever seen! All of their cars look like they just got off the showroom floor, because they are so clean, and I can’t even hear my engine run, it is so quiet & smooth! Great place, great people!

Had a great experience purchasing our sons 2013 Hyundai Genesis. My son loves his new car. Edgar and Don were very helpful and not pushy at all. They followed through with everything they said they would do. We would shop there again if we ever need another used vehicle. Thanks Auto Depot

Well bought a truck about 3 months ago from here. Purchased an F-​250 powerstroke. Within the first month it was already in the Ford dealer. Unfortunately I don’t know who to blame, me or the dealer. Never checked oil level, oil leaks, tranny fluid, etc… car was leaking oil due to back pressure from the turbo and radiator was clogged up. Was charged $ 700 from ford for new pipes, clamps, hoses, and coolant for them changing that out. A week later I took it in to get an oil change and they checked all fluid levels and there was no tranny fluid!!! Took it back to ford and they said I was lucky I caught it quick enough but there goes another $ 300 for their service. Thought everything was going to be fine after that but as soon as I made my first payment next day the check engine light came on. Thermostat went bad, wasn’t a big problem but still had to pay to get that fixed. Recently just made the second payment and now it needs a new oil cooler. 2,500 $ to get it fixed while it sits in a Ford dealer. Wtf!!!
If I would of seen and checked for the simple things before buying this truck I would of never bought it. I’m mad at myself and at this dealer because I’m more than positive they knew what was wrong with it before it was put for sale. 4k already going back into the truck. If I could give it back I would. Not happy at all. Also the reverse light on the tail lights aren’t working

My experience with Auto Depot was great. I highly recommend David Barboza. I was a first time buyer and he asked what i was looking for and right away narrowed down 4 cars. The first car i test drove had me convinced that it was the one i wanted. He pointed out another car and said i should drive it too before i made a decision but I was sure the first car was the one for me. I was wrong! He gave me prices for both and the second car was way out of my price range. I was bummed but he said he wanted to help and make sure i was happy with my investment. He was able to lower the monthly payments and i was able to drive off on my new car. He won’t let you sign papers without reading every part to you and making sure you understand. I’m glad I bought my first car there, it was a great experience.

Bought an 09 Cobalt SS sedan. Worked with Bill, Edgar, and Don. They’re the nicest group of guys! They laid out everything with me regarding their 30 day/1,000 mile warranty. Like any used car lot you should ask questions. They answered everything to as much detail as they could and didn’t pretend to know things they didn’t. Bought the car and got it checked out. They told me to come back with a repair order and they took care of it. Lived up to their word. Thanks guys!

Me and my husband went to a few dealers in the area, and to be honest most places had their cars expensive and with high miles, we found a 2014 Honda Accord very clean and low miles, we drove it, went home to discuss our financial situation we called the manager and asked them over the phone what he could do for us, he got back to us rite away and told us our price and payment, we like the payments our interest was very low, we been driving our car for a while now with no problems I can only speak for my self, they treat us with respect and I feel like without a doubt I will buy again from them

If I could give less than one star I certainly would do so. Do NOT buy a vehicle from these people. My husband and I purchased a used truck in June 2015 and within one week of getting it home, the «wrench light» went on. Upon taking it to our local Ford dealer, we were told that our vehicle contained an aftermarket oil cooler and EGR cooler. These two aftermarket systems had failed. Although we purchased an extended warranty from Auto Depot, the replacement of an aftermarket part is NOT covered. We have had to pay out $ 4,072.35 to get truck fixed! I might add that these aftermarket systems were not listed on the Carfax report and the dealer did not disclose this information to us. When my husband emailed the manager of Auto Depot, he was told that the vehicle was sold «as is.» He told us he would talk to the owner, but he never got back in touch with us. Basically they have blown us off. Whatever you do, do NOT buy a vehicle from these dishonest people! Otherwise, expect to get ripped off!

DRAMA continues!!! Do NOT shop here!!! The transmission went out last night. On the freeway, 3 small kids in the car, 11 at night! Protect your family, buy a safe care ELSEWHERE. This car is Junkanoo!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They sell junk cars!!!

This has to be the best used car dealership around. I’ve seen them around for years so I figured I would go down and talk to them about getting me a car. First, employees are friendly and helpful. The owner, Bill, is usually at the lot. He also is friendly and knows a lot about his cars. I ended up buying a 2013 Prius with 40k and couldn’t be happier! No problems with the car.

I couldn’t have had an easier time choosing and driving away in my new Camry! The guys over there were all very nice and knowledgable and my salesman, Miguel, made sure not to pressure me into anything! Financing was easy and exactly what I asked for! This was by far the BEST group of people I met while shopping for my new car. Way to go Auto Depot! I’ll be back for sure :)

My husband got a Mazda Truck recently, the sale rep that sold the truck was a new employee. At 1^st my husband like the S10 but they couldn’t finance him the truck so he went for the Mazda… they agree on the terms we provide went home to get the down came back then they changed the agreement. They asked for another $ 500 down pmt and higher payments a month. We where there for 3 hours the sales rep couldn’t explain in Spanish the contract I had to translate for my husband .plus he promise to fill the gas tank and the promise fell to the cracks… my husband made 3 trips to the dealer to have his gas tank filled as promise… and one of the employee stated they didnt do that… i asked about insurance the sales rep repeated only liability I confirm with him 4 times he said only liability. the sale rep didnt know what he had to what to accept on docs. he called the owner more then once but he was gone for the day… now they are harassing my husband by calling him 4 times a day… he called his insurance and has to wait 72 hours in order to add full coverage… due to a change of vehicle… had a bad experience and they don’t keep their promise… I will never make business with them or refer anyone to that Dealership…

I bought a car from this place thinking that it was going to be a good buy… but ended up having problems. First I heard a knocking noise coming from the engine so I took it back in to have it checked and they said that everything was ok! Then a couple months later the A/​C stopped working and the noise continued and get louder. The point is that I continued to have problems and it got worst… my car is now in a shop and they told me that it needs a lot of work to be done which is costing me over $ 3,000 in repairs. Whatever you do if you end up buying a car from here make sure you have the car checked out from your own mechanic because you will end up with a car that will need repairs that will cost more then the car!!! I will never buy a car from this place ever again and will not recommend any of my friends or family this place!!! Worst place ever!!!

My wife and I were ready to get a Jeep…
We wanted a specific model, a 2004 to 2006 Jeep LJ and Auto Depot was able to get us exactly what we wanted… within our budget.
My wife and I worked with a few different staff members as well as the owner and they all took great care of us.
When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will go back to Auto Depot.

can’t wait to start summer with my new ride! I loved the customer service and everything experience was great! Just as far as DETAILING It was not great because I’ve had my car a week now and still haven’t detailed like they promised they would very much bullshit and yah enough said

My daughter was sold an over priced car, that she could not afford. Omar was in charge of that sale. After they agreed on everything, he called her telling her she had to come up with an additional $ 800, which she did not have. The engine light was on so she drove from San Diego to have it check. A few days later she discovered the car was leaking fluids. She made an appointment and drove another time from San Diego. Both times she waited several hours for service. The second trip she had to leave before they did the work. Now she has to pay someone local to fix it. The other day Omar called me because she is late on the car payment that she can’t afford. When I questioned staff about the poor service and tried to work out a way for them to help her, staff let me know they are short handed and don’t have the means to go get her car, service it and return it. To fix the car would require a third trip from San Diego and an unknown amount of wait time all at her expense. When I asked Omar to explain why he sold her an over priced car that she could not afford, that wasn’t ready to be driven off the lot, that then required an additional $ 800, he told me he didn’t have to talk to me and hung up.
