JL Biber Construction

I contacted JL Construction because we wanted a new patio and balcony. John and his staff were such a pleasure to work with. They are honest, hardworking and clean. my back yard was under Construction for 3 months and they kept it very clean after their shifts. My patio and balcony came out much better than what I had expected. Thank you JL Construction I love sitting on my new patio watching the sunset!

We have used Biber Construction for many things as I tend to do a little here and then think I’d like to do some more there! Without hesitation we will always contact John Biber as we have found him to be honest, fair, dependable and most of all ON TIME! We have had experiences through the years with different contractors and we both feel John is the exception to the general impression most people have of contractors. His crew works clean. On a job that takes more than a day, when they leave, one would not know they are still a work in progress as they leave the house as clean as when they came. Then the next day, they set everything up again. This is so nice as it is difficult, at best, to live in a «remodel», but the way John and his crew work it is without an element of stress as the work is being completed. The workers John has on the job are courteous and a pleasure to have in the house. I trust them to be in the house whether I am home or out. John will always provide «options». Cabinet work we had done we were given a high end and a middle of the road option. The people he also uses for these kinds of jobs maintain the same workmanship as we have come to expect, and enjoy, from our work with John. Recently we wanted to add crown molding to a room that had difficult ceilings. John surveyed the situation and in his calm, but assuring tone, said «I can make that work» and he did. We have found as my husband and I have gotten older the things we used to do are not as easy, but we also know if we call John we can depend on him to come. Most contractors simply don’t «make» the time or if they say they will, they never show up. It is our distinct pleasure to highly recommend John and his company for any/​all work you might be considering.
