Some of the employees are pretty rude when it comes to mobile orders. The app states to let your barista know when you arrive and the looks I’ve gotten could have killed. Like I am bothering them. You’re getting paid to be there treat people better. Get another job if you’re not happy!

One word for the morning crew to learn… URGENCY! Pathetically slow. They all look asleep. That’s fine for working in some fields but there’s no room for that

The lady who helped us, jasmine, in the drive thru was nice enough to explain a couple drinks for us in a very polite and patient manner. I definitely appreciate her sincere service with a smile. Definitely worth the stars. Thank you so much jasmine!

I’ve always loved this local Starbucks for their awesome service & employees but this morning Brenton & his self proclaimed«corny» jokes made my morning. Life has been less than funny since the death of our son so I appreciate anything or anyone that makes me laugh. Good job hiring such a cheerful guy!

It’s my bittersweet Starbucks located halfway between the 91 fwy. and the 215 fwy. on Van Buren. I’ve traveled down that long road to see my boyfriend each time stopping in for a treinta green tea lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie, either early in the morning to beat traffic(4:30 a.m.) or late at night after waiting for traffic to die down(10:30 p.m.). I’ve been going here for three years and never had a long wait in the drive-thru or in store. The baristas were always kind and never messed up my drink order. It’s conveniently located between a Chevron and a bakery and is the only Starbucks going east on Van Buren for at least 2 miles. If you’re heading back towards the 91 fwy. you better stop here for the long drive home.

I wouldn’t give them even one star if Unilocal allowed it… I was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I ordered an iced venti green tea latte with soy milk, not very complicated considering I worked for the company for a few years. I finally pull up and they asked me,“It’s hot right?” They couldn’t have asked me when I was ordering to make sure? She wasn’t friendly at all either, but I guess that’s the stereotype for this place now, every barista just doesn’t care. But i watched her make my drink and she was in such a rush that she just stored the matcha powder in my cup really quick and handed it to me… There were chunks of it floating around the bottom. At this point I was pretty fed up and just wanted to get the hell out and as soon as that drink touched my lips I wanted to gag. It was such a shitty experience.

I love Starbucks, this locations was my favorite until recently the staff attitude seems more rude. They have no patience I was in line behind A young girl who didn’t know the name of the drink she wanted. The girl behind the counter snap at her n was rude. I understand she didn’t know what she wanted but I felt bad for the girl who was probably 10⁄12 years old. Also service seems slower when u walk in. Drive thru is good

The morning staff is amazing. I’m a regular here and they know my name and my order. Specifically Stephanie and Jonesy(sp? Sorry girl)! They always greet me by name and are just so friendly! It’s a nice cozy Starbucks and has an outdoor covered patio which is nice. I’ve done class work there too. You guys rock! I’ve not had the same costumer service at night tho.

Like Starbucks but the staff here is rude. They put my drink on the counter and walked away. Had to figure out it was mine since other people were also waiting. Cool place to hang out if you can get over the rude staff.

Almost ALWAYS get my order wrong, very rude staff. I think the only polite baristas name is Kevin. Had to report them to corporate because one of the baristas was extremely rude and refused to pour my tea over ice because«it was too time consuming.» And she said that to me on my birthday to top it off. I’ve been a gold card holder for years, let’s just say I am NOT impressed with this location, it’s even made me question my loyalty to this coffee franchise. ONESTAR.

When I came in the store was understaffed. One employee to make coffee and one for drive through. So no one was working the front counter. Took a while to even place my order. Needs more staff.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff are pleasant and attentative to how I order my drinks. I’ve never had an issue with anyone or anything that I’ve ordered here ever. They are well staffed for the most part, if you come in between 7 – 9 there is a major morning rush in their drive threw. I suggest going inside. I always go inside and get my drink quicker than when waiting in the drive through most times. If you’ve never been to Starbucks.(which I’m assuming most people have now in their quest for world domination of coffee) expect to pay about 3 – 5 dollars per drink. They have a nice cozy environment inside at this location with wifi as well as outside seating. I’ve spent some nights here studying and it’s nice, not as loud as other Starbucks in the Riverside area can get to be.
