IES was recommended to us from a friend and they did not disappoint! As a team, they are punctual, professional, skilled, and personable. From Danielle in the office, to Rob the owner, to the technicians that complete the work, we had a wonderful experience and have been thrilled with the outcome. We had several TVs set up on the wall, added some can lights, and had a quiet, cool fan installed and the work was done on schedule and as promised. The team is helpful and responsive in person and when you call the office. I feel the work they did was at a fair price and that they are very trustworthy. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The electric outlets for our furnace stopped working. People recommended Innovative Electric Services to us. We checked their rating on Unilocal and it was 5 star. We decided to try their service. Rob answered our call and dispatched electricians to the house. They diagnosed the problem and estimated cost to fix it. They got the job done and charged us according to the actual labor and material cost, which was $ 65 lower than their estimate. Very honest company. We were glad we chose IES for the job, and wanted to keep using their service in the future.

I have been fortunate enough to deal with IES for almost ten years. They have done work on my current and last home. They have been very responsive and completed ever job over and beyond my expectations. I have had much work done regarding improvements on my last three years spanning 15-​years. There is no one else I would recommend higher than Rob and IES.
