My name is Josh Fitzgerald. I have been in the window and door Installation business for about 15 years successfully due to the wonderful and supportive family that I have. I am happily married to my terrific wife Bryana. We have two wonderful boys, Kody (7), and Ethan (4). The experience that I have gained working for other Installation companies for most of my years in the industry has led me through the ins and outs of the windows and door business. I realized that existing companies would send out installation crews with no real unified installation procedures or protocols. In addition to this problem, I discovered sales representatives that are only interested in the sale and not in the customer’s best interest. This indicated to me that the sales representatives had no real follow-​up with the client’s receiving their product, and the company owners with not much involvement with the client’s installation. My ultimate goal is to change that.

I love love love my new patio door thanks to Green Lite! They did an amazing job! The guys that installed my door were very nice and funny too lol. They also worked quickly and cleaned up all of their mess, which is a bonus for me. They did a great job and I couldnt be happier. The pricing for my door was also a fair price compared to other quotes I received.
When I am ready to upgrade my windows I will use Greenlite.

I have used Green Lite Windows 3xs for my personal home and I often refer him out to my clients as well. Always great service and great work! I am real estate agent have access to all the vendors in our area, for windows, doors, and instillation, there is only one person I will ever use or refer out to my clients, and that is Josh at Green Lite Windows and Doors. He did my home instillation in my walls, love it! Perfect job! He installed my windows, upgraded my doors, and even installed a hole house fan. I am just a big fan! Honest, Friendly, Fair, and Excellent Work! What else can could I ask for! Love ya Josh! Keep up the awesome work!

I ordered a door system from Green-​Lite on December 1st after a month of working pricing and options with their salesman. My deposit check was immediately cashed, but two weeks later I am notified by email that they want $ 1000+ more TOTAL for the door! I obviously wasn’t pleased that they failed their own contract, but moreover they waited TWO WEEKS to tell me and by email! The salesman that had been calling me suddenly «had issues» with my phone number and never called me again.
I immediately replied back to the email he sent to cancel the order as I could get a better price elsewhere. I received confirmation from him of the cancellation an hour later. This all happened on 15 December.
By January 5th I still didn’t have a check. Their contract says they will issue refunds within 10 days. Now 21 days later, I call their office directly and ask for my money back. They say the owner isn’t around and he’ll call back «today or tomorrow.» TWO DAYS later, I have to call back again to ask for my money as no one had called me.
The owner and the original salesman were too cowardly to call me back. Eventually, the office reception called on January 7th and said they sent the check on January 6th. So after making me wait for THREE WEEKS for a refund, they opted to mail it rather than allow me to immediately pick it up the same day.
Today, I received the check. It was postmarked the afternoon of January 8th… two days after they said they mailed it.
It’s bad enough that they can’t honor their own contracts. It’s worse when they take an interest-​free loan for SIX WEEKS with my deposit money and then MAIL it back after I called. But, lying about the return check is unforgivable!

I recently had my windows replaced by Josh and his team and had an amazing experience. They were and are very professional from beginning to end. I had 8 windows and 1 sliding door replaced, they measured, ordered and installed within 2 weeks. I would recommend Green Lite to all my Family and friends. You wont be disappointed! My house looked great before and now looks even better with my new windows, Thanks Josh to you and your crew for all your hard work my family appreciates all your hard work!

I shopped around for Windows. I wasn’t really looking for the most cost effective. I was looking for a company who explained things to me and acted like I would be interested in knowing more than just the cost of Windows. Greenlite was the only company who brought samples for me to see and showed me the heat test. They were the fourth company I spoke with. They also happened to be the most cost efficient.
They were extremely prompt in getting everything started and the actual window installation was quick. The gentlemen who set up the windows did a great job and cleaned up super well. They went out of their way to help me by putting my security doors back up after installing my new glass doors. This was above and beyond what our contract had agreed upon. I would recommend this company anytime. I also live in a home built in 1905. They did a great job keeping the house looking good.

I recently had my windows replaced by Green Lite. It was a very good experience. I called for a quote and Josh came out to measure. He was prompt and professional. His price was very competitive but his product was much better. The Windows that he had available were much nicer and more secure than the others that I’ve seen. He ordered my windows and a few weeks later they installed them. His installers were great. They did an excellent job and when they were done my house looked exactly as it had before. They were clean. They put everything back the way it was. And of course the Windows look amazing. I couldn’t be happier. If your thinking about Windows I strongly suggest using Green Lite. You won’t be disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I just recently got windows from this company and am very dissatisfied. They did a horrible job, the measurements were wrong and cut into my stucco. It has been a month and windows stink of glue still. Windows were not insulated properly, windows were put crooked, and when coming to fix problem, I get cover ups instead of fixing horrible glue smell. I already have given full payment and is having difficulty getting money back without jumping through hoops. Staff and Josh is very lazy and unprofessional, they cut corners like no other, and try to come back and cover up their mistakes instead of correcting them. One month later, glue is still smelly and has affected my health, my pets, and family. My room with slider can not be used and it’s been a month.
My shutters were put wrong and crooked. They even left the holes without stuccoing them. They themselves admitted to cutting corners, because they say that they make a business of flipping houses and they do not care about keeping water and bugs out like they claim. I have to go to another window company and start all over because no other company will touch or guarantee this company’s messy job. Every time this company makes appointments, they keep rescheduling because their social lives are more important than keeping their customers happy.
I have had windows before with another company and had a beautiful experience. This Green Lite Company is a nightmare!!!

We had 7 windows and 2 sliding doors installed. The quality of the windows and doors is exceptional and reduces the noise from the street in back of our house. The salesperson Roger, was very polite and very thorough. The installers Rick and Matt worked fast in taking out the old windows and doors and installing the new ones. They even vacuumed (cleaned area) and that is rare to find in construction workers. I am glad my neighbor recommended this company they are first class.

paid 10% down to order windows and they came and installed windows on a day that worked for me, great job and customer service, I am very pleased with quality of the windows and the workmanship, I would like to have them back before summer to install a whole house fan to force out the hot air in the attic, which will keep the house cooler in the summer time, thankyou guys great job!
