We took are laptop to John after coffee got spilled on it… he was up front about what could be wrong with it. he said he could try cleaning it if it didn’t work no charge…
In the end he had to replace the keyboard
I was thrilled by the price he charged. I know excatly were will go in the future and who I’d recommend for phone or computer repair

John is seriously awesome, straightforward and helpful. I couldn’t get my computer to boot after transporting it home from college, so I panicked and brought it in to John. He had it working the next morning, and didn’t even charge me for the fix. Gave great advice too. He’s the only guy I’d trust now!

This is the best place in Riverside for phone and computer repair. I’ve been to a few local tech repair stores and not one comes close to the service that John provides. His prices are outstanding for the quality of service that he gives his customers. Recently, I brought in my gaming computer because my CPU was having problems with extremely high temperatures. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within a day, which included ordering a few parts (fan and cpu cooler) and installing them. My CPU is now running at about half the temperature it was prior to reapplying thermal paste, adding a new cpu cooler and a high rpm fan. Thanks John, you’re the best.

Brought my laptop here to find out what was wrong with it and John was very friendly and professional. They did a free diagnostics and figured out the issue was the hard drive.
It was replaced at a reasonable price. I finally found a place to take my computers and other tech items.

I took my laptop in for service and he said it was probably the graphics card, but he would do a full diagnosis on it. He did it in 4 hours and it was free! He couldn’t fix it because it is part of the motherboard on my laptop and he did not try to sell me anything either. Very good honest service from John and I will be consulting with him on what I need for the future. So nice to have a shop like this here in Riverside!

Honest people there. Called about unlocking a phone gave me a straight answer and didn’t string me along.

There’s no way I would allow anyone but John to touch my computer. John is the meaning of the word customer service. Technically, he’s the best! He might be a small business now, but at his rate he won’t be for long. I almost hate to recommend him since it will probably only increase his business and I will have to stand in line to get help. As it stands now, he’s tops.

Searching high and low in Riverside and Moreno Valley for a computer repair shop, I experienced nothing but waiting around in a dusty old computer shops, waiting for someone to come to the front, only to be disappointed with lack luster customer service and lack of knowledge on my situation. But then I walked in to Nvito Tech Repair.
John greeted me instantly, readily available to help me with any issues I might have. His shop is basic, but very clean and organized. John is an honest, hard worker and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I brought my desktop PC in to him concerned about system shut downs while playing a specific graphically demanding game. He suggested that the issue may be overheating and that better airflow with a new case would perhaps help out, and although it did not directly solve my issue, I wanted a bigger case regardless. For a very fair price, John kept his shop open after his 5:00pm closing time until 9:00pm, always staying in communication with me, and made sure that my computer was up and running in it’s new case!
I’ll never go any where else now that I’ve found Nvito Tech. I can safely say with confidence that this is the best Tech Repair shop in Riverside. A+.

I recently took my old laptop (wouldn’t power on at all) to Nvito Tech. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner John. He was very nice and helpful from the get-​go. I explained to him the problem and he said he would take a look at it. I told him my main concern (more so than the laptop being salvaged) were my documents, pictures, and music on the laptop. A few hours later John called me and told me he had pinpointed the problem. Although he said he could fix it, he recommended that I purchase a new laptop. He assured me that he would still be able to transfer my files to an external hard drive. The nice thing is he doesn’t charge for the diagnostic. Thanks John!!!

Took my iPhone 5 in on a Sunday. It had a broken screen and Jon took care of me. Had a brand new screen swapped out in less then an hour. I will be taking my iPad mini to get the screen fixed also. Great customer service, easy to find I definitely recommend!!! I have used other local iPhone repair places, this one is the best

Found this place next to Starbucks, originally went in to have them install a new screen I bought off eBay. Turned out the screen was bad so he i decided that to just buy one off him and have him install in. He gave me the best price in town. Real nice guy. Thanks a lot!

Great Service! I brought my virus and malware infected laptop in to be fixed last week. I could not be happier with the service John provided. He estimated that my computer would be ready to pick up the next day. He called a few hours later to let me know that it would be a bigger job than previously thought and could I let him work on it throughout the weekend? He did an amazing job keeping me updated and I couldn’t be more pleased with him. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

So I had an overheating problem with my computer, he opened it up, cleaned everything up, and gave helpful tips to maintain it right. A+ honest guy, very nice and helpful, his prices are perfect, he evaluates the computer for absolutely free, probably the best computer tech in Riverside!
