Fix It Cell Repair

Joe helped me diagnose my problem over the phone and then called me when the necessary part came in. I took my phone in and he replaced the Mic/​Charging Port on my HTC One Max while I waited. This is no easy task and even required a special tool that most phones don’t require. Claudia the owner was very polite and helpful as well. I tried another phone repair place in the area but their prices were about 20% more. This will definitely be my place for any future cell phone repairs. So glad I found them!

Called the place around fifteen min before they were about to close. I had literally just dropped my iPhone 6 five min before that. The dude let me come in despite the time crunch. Thank you!!! It didn’t take longer than three min! They’re around the same rates as Apple for a cracked screen which is a huge plus. More importantly they saved me the convenience and time.

These guys are awesome!!! Came in to fix my phone… thought the screen was cracked and it turns out it was not. They just pulled the screen saver and voilà the phone was as good as new. They didn’t even charge me for it.
Sprint was going to charge $ 200.00 to «fix» my screen… scammers!!!

Its the worse place to go for cell work. I was charged $ 100 for a screen repair that fell off that night I called the next morning and left several messages about it and they finally picked up with tone of what now. I told Jay (he did the repair originally) what happened and he said bring it in the glue didn’t hold. The screen worked just fine. I took it back and he said I’ll get it back in a matter of minutes but it turned to hours and Jay had Joe work on it and he called later and said I dropped it because the screen has lines on it showing damage to the screen. I told him it was fine when I gave it to you and they denied it and refused to give me a refund. I hope this review takes business away and helps others. The cell repair in the Moreno Valley mall is much better and honest.

Unfortnately I was in need of a new charging port for my Iphone 5. Lucky I found «Fix It». They offered a more then resonable price. Amazingly friendly and fantastic customer care. I highly recommend them if you are in need of any celluar repairs.

I cracked my cell phone screen and found this business on Google. Very friendly staff, quick service and reasonably priced. They even threw in a complimentary screen protector. I definitely recommend. :)

Called to ask price on iPhone screen repair. When I get there they say they don’t have screens. Really? Then why are you in business.

My Samsung Galaxy SIII cell phone dropped and cracked the screen — held it together with tape and in a ziplock bag ’til i could get it fixed. Seemed most places wanted $ 130 to $ 180 to fix it. The gentleman at Fix It did it for $ 60 in less than two hours. Works although it’s a bit less sensitive now (slightly more finger pressure needed) but I’m thrilled for the price. P. S. Be sure and check the address, some of the photos show an old location I think.

This was definitely as good as it gets for me. Not only was Dewayne cheaper than all the other places i went to but he was extremely quick my phone charging port was completely burned out not only was he able to let me know that i had a little water damage was well but he was able to replace the charging port now my phone is back to normal. My wife’s screen cracked and she found Dewayne’s website on a google search. She was able to get her screen fixed promptly and without hassle that same day. The price was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Hooked it up like MASTER P! Make em say Ughhhh:) my daughters iPhone 4S was dead… flat lined! And as you know to a teenage kid that’s their life lol. I had taken it to another place and they said I needed a NEW LCD. I got a 2^nd opinion by Dewayne at Fix It Cell Repair and he checked it out phone wasn’t turning on, and said it was just the battery come to find out. He replaced the battery and power button and good as NEW! Thank Dewayne for being HONEST! Highly recommended as a shop of INTEGRITY!

OMG! Dee at Fix It Cell Repair is a life saver!!! After being devastated with water damage (although I have never dropped my phone in fluid!!! Steam from the shower they say could also cause this…), my cell phone’s speaker went completely out! It made for some very quiet and boring train rides, some long mornings of bathroom «getting ready» time, and the pre-​party no longer existed because I was unable to play my beloved Pandora Radio or listen to my iTunes.
I took my cell phone in to have the guys at Verizon take a look at it and they quoted me over $ 200!!! And they would need to ship my phone out for days! Needless to say I could not and did not want to afford this. A good friend of mine suggested I take it to her «cell repair guy» while I visited family, & so I did. I couldn’t be happier! Dee, the owner, gave me a quote & repaired my phone, all within 30 minutes for less than half of the price the Verizon guy quoted me! It was great, speedy service, quality work, & I got a cup of coffee while I waited! I hope my phone’s speaker never goes out again, but if they do, I’m going to be back here!

I heard about this place on facebook and decided to give it a try. There are about 9 people at my job that have white iPhones just like mine and we are always charging them on the desk. I wanted my phone to stand out and since i love. LOVE pink i got the color conversion. I love it! The owner let me pick out my favorite shade and he personally ordered it for me. The labor was quick and he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. It was very interesting. My screen looks sharper than before. :) i will surely be back for all of my repair needs
