First Class Pizza

Best pizza I’ve found in Riverside so far very light flaky crust. the staff is friendly and pizza comes out quick… only downside is no delivery until after 4pm.

The food is ok, only because the location is convenient. … so I thought.
First time it was a missed item in my delivery order. When I called to let them know, the employee ask if I could come «pick it up myself». NOT oK. Especially when he decided to discuss with me on the phone about me picking it up the next day. Definitely Not OK. I asked to speak to manager, she apologized and sent driver over with my food.
Now, i place an online order and it was canceled because the driver was going home in an hour and a half. Not OK.
Convenience no more.

You can tell the they use quality ingredients because everything was good. My son usually eats 1 or 2 slices, he ate 3.
I read some of these 1 star post and honestly, come on people, this is a 5 star rating system, most of these 1 star reviews should be 3 or 4 according to the information, but goes to show how people like to exaggerate and blow things out of proportion.

Came here last night to grab a pizza disappointed in the quality of pizza! Tasted nothing like the Irvine location is way better!

I went here wanting an antipasto salad. I asked how big the small size was. He said it feeds 1 – 2 people. I’m thinking its a good size. NOPE! It’s like a small size salad stuffed in a tiny styrofoam container with store bought Italian dressing. For the price I paid I could have made my own, BETTER, at home. And they didn’t even give me my cheese on top like I asked for.
I will never get a salad from this place again. If you want the BEST antipasto salad, go to Grazianos! Italian dressing is made from scratch and the salad and toppings and price are WELL worth it.

Early dinner with pops, He gets cravings for the pizza here. I was in the mood for a sub but I’m not the money man ! Oh well maybe another night. R.

One of the few places that offers vegan cheese and for that reason I give First Class Pizza a 4 star rating. Although the prices are high, the pizza was very well made. Definitely a go to place for vegan pizza if you live nearby. There are cheaper locations farther out, but this is the closest to me.

The pizza and salads here are great. They also have a decent selection of beers on tap as well. The location itself is always clean and they have good customer service as well.
They recently increased there menu prices. I personally don’t think a small pizza with three toppings is worth $ 18!

They’re across the street from us so we go here often but I honestly enjoy their pizza then a lot of other places around here. I am so happy they are offering vegan options now, thank you first class pizza!

I’ve tried a wide variety of the items served here, on a regular basis, and I am never dissatisfied, it’s always superb, despite being quite a wait and not delivering to my area.

Employees don’t know how to do math. I came here after my husband claimed they had good food. What frustrated me was the fact that we ordered our food and asked if they did a military discount. The employee said yes they do. When looking at our receipt I explained to the cashier that the price didn’t add up. It seemed like no discount was applied. He looked at the receipt and claimed he wasn’t good at math?! Really, a little bit of addition and the cashier can’t tell me if we got a discount or not? Just be honest and say whether you do any kind of discount or not. There’s no need to lie to the customer. I felt like the cashier was just messing with us which made the experience very unpleasant. The price isn’t worth the pizza. I rather get two medium pizzas at domino’s for the price of one pizza here.

This is the second time I’ve come in and I’ve enjoyed myself both times. This time we came in as a family and they didn’t disappoint! The kids each got a mini pizza so they could have what they wanted. We got the jalapeño poppers and they were delicious. Not spicy but just right. We also got a large kick’n chicken and it was perfect. The men got their beer and said the size was perfect. Overall the experience was just why we were looking for for the evening.

Great pizza. Tastes absolutely amazing! I’ve tried buffalo chicken and zesty Italian. Decently priced.

My go to pizza place if I ever need pizza! You can’t go wrong with a place with perfect thick crust, a lot of cheese and some top notch toppings. Pepperoni is always good but I highly recommend the specialty pizzas! They even have a sampler pizza where you can choose 4 different specialty pizzas on one pizza. Buffalo chicken and the great white are the best! If ever in the area check this place out!

So let me just say: this place is so nice and clean inside. I wanted to really like this place…
Service was fast. However, the lettuce in my side salad was brown and pink. Gross. Pastrami sandwich was ok. I ate all of it but it wasn’t spectacular. My daughter really liked the pizza, she said the crust was good… but then didn’t even finish the first slice. Hmmm. I guess I will find out the truth when we leave.
I appreciate that they have gluten free crust, however I didn’t try it.
I wish this place would increase the quality of their food and then this place would have everything: great atmosphere, clean, great service AND high quality food. I’m willing to try this place again in the future if im in the area. But I won’t make a special trip.

Anyone who knows me knows that pizza is my life and that I would marry it if I could. That being said, I’m super picky about it, shockingly.
First Class is family owned, and there are a couple other franchises in Fountain Valley and Irvine that I know if, but this location is by far the best. The owners frequent the place and help out with all services. They are extremely nice and welcoming, as are all of the other employees.
The place is super clean and manned often. The food is really cheap, but man – that does NOT come through on flavor. You can customize your pizza and the toppings are fresh and plenty! Our favorite go-​to pizza a large pepperoni, garlic, and tomato – it’s to die for. They have a daily special for a large one-​topping for $ 12.99, and you get bang for your buck!
I definitely recommend this place a million times over! Man, I love pizza.

Decided to try this place out. No bad prices are good staff is prompt. They also server some good beers -«hanger 24» «808″ blue moon» your simple coors light. Wine. Sandwiches. Wings. Potato wedges. Salads. Breadsticks. Mozzarella sticks. Great menu with plenty of choices. The patio has plenty of seating there are TVs inside to watch sports clean bathrooms clean atmosphere very cool place I definitely recommend this first-​class pizza!

Let me start by saying this; I love this pizza and have enjoyed it every other time I have come here, except for today, Mother’s Day! What a let down, I AM NOT GOING BACK.
I ordered the large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. WELL DONE.
I ordered the buffalo wings.
I ordered a pitcher of Hangar 24. (2 glasses)
The place opened at 4 today in regards to havin employees spend time with their families. Understandable.
However, when going in to order, the employees were yelling to each other in the kitchen and being unusually loud. Very obnoxious, and unprofessional. Seemed like playtime, because no manager was present. So we moved outside to get away from the excessive noise.
I got the pitcher of Hangar, and I took a sip from the glass I was given, and after I looked at the glass, it had lipstick on both sides of the glass, so disgusting. I went to get another glass, and the lady who gave me the new glass, was trying to chastise people in front of me. Very childish.
So the pizza came, WAS NOT WELL DONE, as I order it every time I had come here before. No plates were given with the pizza, and the lady who brought it out said «oh sorry I’ll bring you some plates», waited about 5 minutes for her to step back to our table.
She comes back with plates, and I ask her politely, excuse me, where are our wings? She says oh I’m sorry let me check. (As u all know the wings are the first things to come out if you have eaten here before)
She then ones back to our table and says, well sorry the wings were not dropped into the fryer. (Wow, at this point we are the only ones in the restaurant.)
She says sorry about that, ill drop them in right now.
(20 minutes have gone by since our arrival)
I say that Is unacceptable, what is going on here today?
She apologized again and offers to refund the 7.99 for the wings, and bring them out to us anyhow. We wait another 10 minutes for them, and all the while, our pizza is getting cold and our experience is being cheated.
A different lady brings out our wings and I say, well where is the refund? (Seems as if the dark haired lady didn’t want to deals with us anymore, as if we were that problem)
She is much nicer and Is clueless about the refund she goes in and checks on it.
She comes back out, and says here is your refund. I say thank you, and i thought that was that. NOPE!!!
She gave us a refund of 5.92. What kind of math are they using? So i ask excuse me, this isn’t correct and give it back to her. She looks confused and says oh ok let me go check on it.
Another employee comes out (a guy this time) and says «sorry I did the refund, I’m sorry I can’t do math»
At this point I’m perplexed that no one there could be of any true help.
I’m over it at this point.
So we continue our meal, and I go to the patio door to walk inside to get napkins, AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED!
I’m fuming, and ask the employee «what is going on here today?» He replied sometimes the door locks…
I grabbed my napkins, finished the pitcher and leave.
Now this meal with no hitches will run you $ 40, and I’m fine with paying that. But not today. Ruined my entire experience for this place and I will NOT be going back or recommending anyone to go there as I have in the past.
One half day of work for these employees has cost them a loyal customer for life. Thanks a lot.
