De Via Bella’s Pizza & Sports Bar

Great pizza, salads, pasta and very fresh. Love the owners, very humble and freindly. I would totally refer mg family and friends. They also catered for our business and all employees loved their food!

This place is on point!!! Got the jalapeño cheese bread and the Italian pizza. Some seriously delicious, cheesy, melty, goodness. Also, you can tell it’s made with the most important ingredient, LOVE! The owner is a very sweet lady, and you can tell she works hard making to give you her absolute best. It felt like my new home, and I may just make it that! At least for dinner! They got pool, beer, music and seriously good pizza. That’s my kind of place!

We were just passing through on a road trip staying in Riverside for the night. Looked up sports bars to see if we could watch the beginning of the U.S. soccer game with some dinner. We were pleasantly surprised with De Via Bella’s Pizza & Sports Bar all around. We happened to be there on a night where the owner had to close down early to attend a family function, but he said we had plenty of time to still have dinner before he needed to close down. The owner was handling the operation, from cooking, bartending, waiting tables, and he did a great job. We were the only people in the restaurant/​bar until just before the NBA Finals basketball game started and then just a few others were present.
The food receives top marks as well, especially for a sports bar type atmosphere. My youngest (8 years old) usually likes Macaroni and Cheese, and he welcomed this Kid Menu dish to the table by exclaiming that this looked just like the Mac n Cheese he had on a recent cruise experience, and he later said that it tasted just as good as the cruise food too. Definitely a high compliment! The Mac n Cheese was definitely not from a box. The pasta was draped in white cheddar that was melted atop the noodles and then even more cheese was placed atop the dish. Another son tried a taste and confirmed that it was delicious.
Another son (12 years old) and I shared a large pepperoni pizza which was also delicious and well prepared. The balance of cheese and sauce along with a medium thickness crust were just right.
My third son (14 years old) ordered the spicy chicken wings, and he said they were delicious as well.
For a large single topping pizza, 10 wings and the hearty kids meal helping of Mac n Cheese, we were out the door for about $ 30.00.
I definitely wanted to share this positive review as the «curb appeal» of this mini-​mall sportsbar/​pizzeria setting leaves a little to be desired. But please don’t be fooled by the location, and give this family owned business a chance. I do not believe you will be dissappointed. We certainly were pleased!

I was looking for a place for my son’s birthday close to Pole position, I came across this pizza place on Unilocal with good reviews. The owner is really nice and very attentive. Pizza is home made, freshly baked and tastes really good. For a party of 20, I only paid a little over $ 100 which is not bad of a deal at all !!

Very, very good pizza and pretty affordable. 20 beers on tap, more than the regular 5 that other mom n pop restaurants have. Owners are super nice as well and ain’t scared to chit chat. Found a new pizza n brew place woop woop. Like seriously. Only write reviews if I absolutely love a place. This is like my second review.

Wonderful, family style pizzeria. We went on a Friday night and it wasn’t too packed and quiet enough to carry on a conversation. The owners (husband-​wife team) were quick to tell us about the 20 beers on tap — yes 20! You can’t beat the pizza prices. Can’t say enough nice things about the owners, their establishment, and their hospitality. Unparalleled!

I never really understood why people liked «sandwiches» so much but… Their meatball sandwich was amazing!!! The bread was crisp yet so soft! I’m the type of girl that eats only half the bread but not this meal! I’ve ordered once before as well and I was impressed with the freshness of their ingredients. You can taste the love poured into their cooking. This is a great family owned restaurant with hardworking members. I will be coming again!

I definitely have mixed feelings about this place the pizza was actually good but the man who delivered it was so dirty it made me not want to eat it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again which is too bad.

So I would alway drive by this place, so I decided to stop by. Iwas skeptical at first, but as soon as that pizza hit my table. and itook my first bit. Man, this place is great. The pizza was on point. Ihad to have more. Theres no down fall. Its has a family vibe. Great place to go. Price is good.

Over priced food… Period!
I ordered 2– XL pizzas and jalapeño cheese bread for pick up. One pizza was a combination and the other just pepperoni. Total on all 3 items was $ 53. If my calculations are correct based on their online menu $ 19.99 for combo pizza, $ 9.99 cheese plus $ 1.99 per topping, and $ 6.99 for jalapeño cheese bread… With an 8% sales tax should land me around $ 43ish. I’m wondering where this extra $ 10 is coming from. I paid the bill, cause I was very hAngry and I needed to be somewhere. Now, I’m a very generous tipper. But no tip was given that day. I’ve visited this place multiple times and almost ordered the same thing every time, and the price just keeps changing! Never consistent! Don’t get me wrong… the food is good, but I will not return for outrageous pricing. For those prices, I’d rather get me a nice ribeye and be more satisfied!

So many beers on tap! And they let us create our own chicken/​pepperoni/​garlic/​basil pizza. This place is a keeper.

The pizza was good, and the cheesy jalapeño bread was bomb. But this place is super run down. We walked in about 1pm on a Thursday and there was absolutely no one around. The owners were sitting at a table on the computer and were helpful but not so much. Their menu’s were so disgusting and old I was afraid to touch them. We probably will not be bad. This place needs a make over ASAP.

Where to begin. I haven’t had a calzone in a long time. I was craving one today of all days. As fate would have it after class my friend and I were hungry so we were in the mood for tacos. As pulled up we saw the sign «Pizza» and decided then and there.
The interior is not what I expected. Very family friendly. Quiet, spacious, comfortable and entertaining with arcade games, the claw game, a pool table for a buck a game, and television. Now onto the food. The menu was short and to the point and very clear. The calzone caught my eye and so I had to ask. I got it with cheese, mushrooms and ground beef. They made it by hand in the kitchen and put it into the oven. I never felt impatient for my food. The conversation and pool game kept us busy. When the calzone came out I was impressed by the appearance. Crusty on the edges, flaked with parmigiana, herbs, and of course olive oil. The first bite was sensational. The bread on the interior was risen and soft and meshed deliciously with the cheese, mushrooms and meat. The whole thing is gone. This is my experience of one of the best calzone I’ve ever had in my life. I will be back for sure. Grazie mille!

Really quaint little place. I ordered the Cheese pizza with pineapple and it was decent ⁸⁄₁₀. Their cheese bread, however was de-​lish!
Mostly, I like the environment. I might make this my place to study.
The people are also very nice, courteous and humble! Plus plus!

My first time trying this place and my food was over priced and burnt. When I called to tell them about it the guy said he made the food himself and he knows it wasn’t black. I told him I would be leaving a review on their service and he said he didn’t care. I called again and spoke to a woman who basically didn’t care about the service I received or the quality of the food. She didn’t even offer my money back, When I told her I was coming to get my money back she the said that it was fine and leave whatever review I wanted. Definitely not coming here ever again.

The pizza was delicious! Everything is made from scratch and the crust is suuuper fluffy. They have great combinations and the prices aren’t too bad. The location might not be the best, but the food is good. It’s a family run business and they are very nice people.

This pizza joint is located in a less than stellar location. The appearance of the restaurant itself is not that great. It looks more on the low end, run down side. Some of the tables look dirty. The lighting isn’t all that great. It doesn’t feel inviting to sit down and eat. The few times I’ve been here I only saw one person working while some kids were off in the corner doing homework. If you want atmosphere, this is definitely not the place.
Why give this place 4 stars then? Well their pizza is quite good and that matters more to me. I like their gourmet selection, Italian one is my favorite. Their prices are higher than at dominos or pizza hut but I think the flavor they develop is better. The pizza hasn’t taken too long to make when I’ve ordered it. They even have decently priced beer if you eat in.
Again I’ve never actually eaten in at this place and when I come to pick up my orders it does not convince me to do so. However when I bring that pizza come and share it with my friends and family, they all like it. Don’t bring a date here if you’re trying to impress her but if you want some tasty, albeit slightly pricy pizza, definitely consider coming here.

Wow haven’t had real pizza in a long time. I normally don’t give restaurant that serves junk food 5star, but it is a family run restaurant and the family are extremely nice.
Had the largest pizza with 3 of us, they do offer half and half. Did the BBQ chicken and Italian, the BBQ chicken was great and the Italian was amazing. They also got $ 1 pool table on the side.
If I am not on a diet, I would probably come back more often. I will probably order pizza from here next time if I am throwing a party.
