Came in the last minute. Excellent service. Ruben was extremely helpful. He did a great job fixing my phone!

Dropped my I pad off for a new screen. They were closed Sunday’s so I had them mail the iPad to me. Showed up w bubbles on the corner of the screen. Drove back down there to have them fix it. The is time when they mailed I back there was bubbles on every corner and glue residue all over the screen! Drove back a third time and they blamed it on the heat in the delivery truck (middle of winter). Said the iPad would be ready later that day for pick up. Came back 3 days later and they had not touched my iPad saying they were waiting for one of their workers to show up!!! I was told they would call me within the hour to pickup. 90 minutes later and no phone call, I went back down there and they had just finished. Spots all over the screen so I spent the next hours cleaning the screen so it is free of glue, fingerprints and smears. Waste of time!!!

This review is long overdue. Went here to get my phone screen fixed. It was like brand new after I got it back. It took less than an hour for the whole process to be finished. Really happy with the results.

Came in today to get my phone re-​checked. After I got the screen fixed here, the speaker’s volume went low. Drew, the owner, told me that the there is a 6 month warranty so I took it back to get it fixed. Luckily, they weren’t busy so it only took like 10 min to fix it. Highly recommended shop. Friendly staff! Awesome

This is my second time at D&R Electronics. Great place, quick service, great prices, and the job gets done correctly. I highly recommend this place, it’s a win-​win situation and customer service especially «Ruben“was great help!

I paid ~$ 130 to have my iPhone 6 screen and LCD replaced and have a screen protector put on it. Took about 15 – 20 min, my bf and I went to the DQ up the street and had ice cream while my phone was being fixed.

Honestly, I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for an annoying mix up on their end. To their credit, they got 4 stars because they worked determinedly hard to remedy the situation. I appreciate the effort, but I was annoyed that they had messed up in the first place as I made sure to fulfill my end of responsibility as a paying customer.

Never called me back. Left two messages in a week. Real nice customer service. Maybe the job was too tough. Samsung S6 edge.

D&R Electronix fixed my sons iphone 6 shattered screen. My husband showed up at the store at 11:07 am when they were suppose to open at 11 and they were closed. Already running late for he left the store looking for another place to get the phone fixed. I messaged the owner on Unilocal letting him know my husband was at the store after 11am and they were not opened. The owner responded within minutes and explained he was running a little behind picking up parts that morning and arrived at 11:11. He was very professional and apologized offering us a gift accessory and asked if we could still bring the phone in. My husband brought the phone in later that afternoon and it was fixed within 15 minutes for the most reasonable price around (and I contacted 15 stores). I highly recommend D&R Electronix. Stellar customer service is an A+ in my book!

I got my iphone 6s screen fixed here and they did an amazing job. Even gave me a free screen protector. This is the only palce i will take my phones for repairs. It took about 2.5 hours to fix but worth the wait!

I walked in with a budget and couldn’t afford the pricing, and didn’t appreciate the way Drew handled things. Wouldn’t recommend this store for anyone who’s looking for a reasonable price. Very rude and unsatisfactory customer service

My Iphone 4s quit charging. I called before I went in and spoke to Drew, he was able to figure what was wrong with my phone. Quoted me a good price for repair, so off went. Arrived and was greeted by Drew almost immediately. I explained the problem turns out he was right in his assessment and it was nothing big and he fixed it right away. Also he checked on another issue I was having and fixed it. I was there less then an hour. Will definitely return for any other repairs in the future.

Came in with my friend to get her phone fixed. When he told us it was $ 130 to fix an iPhone 6 screen, I thought it was pretty pricy. I have a friend who works for another store who can do it for me a lot cheaper. The guy at D&R then said he can match my friends price and when he was told of the price, he was unhappy and called the other stores to verify. They said they could match it, but they couldn’t so that’s fine. We’ll go to my friends to get it done. They didn’t have to call all the other stores to personally want to speak to the owner (who is my friend) to start trouble or rant. They could’ve matched the price and we still wouldn’t had of want their service. Unprofessional and rude. Never going back.

They fixed my phone when it was broken, and as simple as that seems it was a huge deal when you have a busy schedule and now a shattered phone!

Fixed my phone did not take very long time. The price was right! These guys are great

I initially used the quote function on Unilocal and got a reply in less than 10 minutes. I also asked for quotes from other companies but they either didn’t have my part or was more expensive. I brought my phone in 20 minutes before they closed and they stayed 30 extra minutes after closing time to make sure my phone was fixed the same day. They also installed a screen protector for ten dollars. I was able to drop the phone off, grab a few groceries, and picked it up in less than 30 minutes. I am super happy with their service. My friend cracked his phone, so we came to this place to repair. It was fast and price was fair, would recommend this place to others for phone repair.

Jessica is amazing! Came in with a broken iphone6 and she had it fixed and working within an hour or two! Been here 3 – 4 times in the past, always great service and a great price. I live 30 miles away & it’s always worth the drive.

Had my screen repaired on Nov 2^nd. Within a few days I noticed a couple of stress points at the top of the screen, but they were not very noticeable and I was in the middle of moving so I didn’t deal with it immediately.
Those stress points caused a crack in the screen on Nov 25. Brought it in right away, and since I had not dropped the phone or done any thing to cause the crack, I assumed they would stand by their 6 month guarantee… That guarantee is voided by cracks, apparently even cracks caused by the poor repair job. So I was left with a choice to drop another 100 dollars on repairing the phone.
If you aren’t going to stand by your work, don’t offer a warranty .
Would not recommend.

Ruben, Ruben, Ruben. Thank you for helping me out. My phone was water damaged so I called around to different places looking to see if anyone had a used phone I could buy. Called this place and Ruben said he had one. Long story short, he was courteous, very knowledgeable, and sold me on a sweet used LG smartphone. Did I mention that his name was Ruben? If you need a cell phone fix because your glass is shattered or your just having problems, don’t hesitate to give this guy a call. His name is RUBEN. Thank you Ruben. This was a enjoyable repair experience (if repairs can ever be enjoyable) and I would recommend D&R Electronix based on my experience.
Repair shops have always been a mixed bag of 5 and 1 star reviews from completely satisfied to the complete ineptness but this Riverside small business was a credit to the brick and mortar stores. In nearly every respect, these guys got it right with my interactions with them. My phone had popped off my bicycle mount twice during a rough patch of road during a nice 50 mile bike ride and the second time, my iPhone hit the road on it’s corner, left it’s case, bounced again and skidded. Scratched and a cracked screen held together by a screen protector, it was still working and the screen still readable. After finishing the ride, I did an immediate search for anything in or near Riverside that did mobile phone repairs. Three of the four businesses either were closed on Saturdays, did not have a screen replacement, or both. All four businesses had mixed reviews but my only viable same day repair was D&R. I was told on the phone that they did have the part in stock and the repair could be done in about 40 minutes, granted that I could bring it in before closing time. I made it in from Indio to Riverside in record time, with a bike hanging off the back of my vehicle. I had a half marathon the next day and I use my phone to track my run and play music, which I would need for the 13.1 miles I would be hitting on foot. Not having a fully usable phone was not an option.
Finding the parking lot was a trick but after a lap around the block and parking in the wrong lot, I was able to leave my vehicle in the right area without risk of towing. For any future customers, head down south on Magnolia after passing Central, slow down and hang a right into a very tight driveway just before the store. When you’re done, exit out to the back as heading out that same way is dangerous and you can only make a right turn.
They remembered me from my phone call, took my phone in and started the repair. Yes, they had the part in stock. Yes, they were able to care out the repair. So many times a one or two person mobile or brick and mortar shop may say one thing to bring you in and BANG, the bait and switch. Not here. Part in stock, repair price as stated, and repair carried out in the specified time WITH a warranty.
They were very professional, friendly and knowledgable people that I would definitely do business with again. Hearing those two people saying me cycling 50 miles one day and running 13.1 miles the next day was crazy affirmed my faith in regular people, and the most important fact was that they listened to my needs and I wasn’t simply another Joe off the street but a valued customer. Many thanks from a triathlete in need with a tight schedule that was met. Mahalo guys!

This is my new go to place for cell phone repair! Drew offers amazing service and very competitive pricing. My phone battery was broken and I’ve been procrastinating taking it to Apple because I could never get an appointment that fit my schedule plus driving to rancho is totally out of my way. Drew was able to do the same repair in 5 mins! Never going to Apple again I’d rather support a local riverside business!

I’m a ditsy photographer with ravaging 3 year old twin boys, needles to say I brake my phone often.
I came in yesterday and has little time but they were able to fix my screen in a just a few moments and give me a goo price even tho the prices went up on parts they still honored the price I paid the first time. I was happy with my first repair and I’m happy with the second, I hope I don’t brake my screen again but I would be happy to come back here again.
I recommend this place to iPhone users although apple does repair for the same cost the wait time is about 3 weeks at Apple, this place does it in minutes.
